Spoke to Clotilde… she just cancelled her contract with WPROMOTE (was paying $750/m just for TMJ). wants us to take over adwords but to focus on TMJ and Emergency patients. Went over the different options and the determining factors involved with the budget. Stated Holidays are here and she knows there are patients that wants cosmetic and emergency work which I agreed. Another limiting factor is that she does not accept insurance but just fee for service. Sent her an email with quote below:

I’ve even saw offices in nearby cities such as Pomona, Ontario & Rancho Cucamonga having Ads targeting searchers in Chino Hills. This is definitely a factor on the budget & competitors.
If you want the campaing to be effective, we should focus on $1,000/m targeting TMJ & Emergency patients in CHINO, CHINO HILLS, POMONA, ONTARIO & maybe WALNUT. These cities are within 5-10 miles.
If we go witih a reduced budget of lets say $500 or $750, then we have to reduce the targeted cities above.
As far as the keywords goes, you leave that for us to setup for you focusing on different variations.
Another factor that we should keep in mind is the conversion rate. Because your current site is not up to par with maximizing conversion, this can be a limiting factor before we can get the new site launched.
With this being said, because the Holidays are just around the corner, its good to target what we can now but you should expect to see better ROI once the new site is launched.
