    Chan, please pause his monthly fees for now. Dr was confused with the project that was started last year but was put on hold cause dr went MIA. Suggested to dr to pick up the project where he had left off with Belinda and we will restart the charges once the project is completed. The site that is online right now is a temp site Belinda just put together cause he was unresponsive. Told dr we can't return the monthly but what I can do is to credit it in the future. Suggested to dr to continue with the project whcih I can reconnect him with Belinda to start and we will figure out the finances later.

Pointed out to dr that the project was started last year, sent dr initial draft, Belinda & Marvin attempted to reach out to the dr multiple times but didn't get a response. Advised dr to coodinate with belinda to continue the process. In the meantime, we will put a hold on the monthly fees. Will notify chan.

    Dr arbit called. had questions about a Appt reminders, told him this feature will continue as long as he continues the services with orthosesame. they work independent of the site (patient portal). he was not aware but understands now. We will carry over those 2 links and it will continue to work as long as he doesn't cancel that service. advised once new site launches, he can just cancel the web hosting part. he understands.

    Dr. Arbit was transferred to me after speaking to Belinda (Justin & i were busy on another line). Dr. Arbit was looking at Gold and Platinum. Extremely nice and had a huge sense of humor and strong funny personality. Was interested in Gold but liked some of the features in Platinum but hte price was too high. Figured out he wanted more of the social and less of the others so i structured a custom gold for the dr. Dr currently is with Sesame and didn’t know much how the patient portal works cause he felt he needed to find a company that does that, i showed him it is just a 3rd party link if he continues service with sesame and cancel the site part. Dr was very relieved when i explained that to him. Sent Dr proposal and pushed him to order. Dr will prob finalize today or tom. Hot lead.
