Chandra, please issue a refund for $2,999 + $78/m.
Dr Fahimi is aware of this client that i spoke to 2 weeks ago. We originally was going to simply refund him but i had wanted to make an effort with him to overcome the issue he had with the designer. This client overall is not a right fit for our company long-term wise. Very difficult to work with.
Please confirm with Dr. Fahimi again prior to refund.. Thanks!

Thank you. However there were 2 seperate refunds of 1,499 and 78.00 that showed up on 01-07-2016. I would have thought the entire amount would have been refunded at the same time but considering how things have gone so far I am not surprised. Another 1,499 is still due to be refunded.

Marvin, please pause all work.. I just spoke to him. He stated that we’ve been really helpful and appreciate our efforts but he doesn’t feel like our company and his business are a right fit due to the initial miscommunication and “promises” that was not fulfilled.

Nothing started apart from design drafts, canceling all products and account.
Based off our limited conversation, I’ve put together a few concepts for you that focuses on the home page being as short as possible. As you may know, it might not always be above the fold, depending on the size of your monitor and resolution. I’ve kept everything at a minimum however.
This is only the home page and no animation or buttons are active at this point until you are able to give me additional feedback. Please note that we can combine any of these concepts or use a particular one. If you prefer something else, please let me know and provide as much feedback as possible. Also note that photos and text are place as a temporary placeholder.

Spoke to Darren, got him on board to give it a 2nd try. He was very appreciative that I am putting effort into working it out. Scheduled a ph conference for next monday at 3pm pst to call him to do an interview with Belinda.

Spoke to darren. had an issue complaint being charged the 2nd initial + monthly over the weekend since project is on reset. Told him that's the policy and regardlesss, i can issue him a refund since i am extending the 30 days. Told darren that by the end of the week, if Belinda can't deliver, we should go separate ways. Talked to Darren about design. Said would call back 5-10mins. Did not and left message.
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! I’ve attached a revised draft for you to take a look at. I made everything above the fold like we discussed and I’ve removed a few repetitive things since we are just dealing with homepage that doesn’t scroll. I also added in a more “vanilla” hero image like we discussed, but decided on a image that best represented the region your lab is from.
Let me know if this is the aesthetic we want to go forward with so that I can move forward in organizing your inner pages to be both informational as well as a point of sale for your visitors.
Based off of our discussion I have compiled a design draft for your review. Please take a moment to review this concept and let me know of any changes you would like to see.

Mainly a retail site, makes most of his sales through Amazon and 3rd party sellers. He wants to be able to increase the sales through his own site. Pretty much a retail website. He likes blue, but could be a different shade to be more inviting. No logo, his company name is very rugged, but it should not reflect the overall design. Will send samples of his product if needed. Likes our gallery, but didn’t specify which ones he liked. Seems to want to have something not like in our gallery — something “new” that will not go out of style in a few years. Very “leave it up to you” attitude.
His nightguard product is a good seller, wants to appeal to all consumers (not just athletes). Very important that we showcase “Proform” material and logo.

– he is a dental lab but doesn’t just target dentist but more towards consumer selling his product online.
– Darren is extremely nice and excited to get started.
– has a shopping cart that is linked externally, carry those links over in respect to each product.
– he will need us to get images related to his specialty

At this rate it will be well into next year by the time I have a new website up and running. I was hoping to share your confidence in your company but at this time I do not. client called me 2 days ago complaining again that Marvin didn't call him as promised. I spoke to marvin and he stated otherwise. It seems like Darren is trying to find reasons to cancel. Had him talk to marvin again to clear it up and discuss the revisions he liked to make on the new draft as discussed last week. 2015-11-23 | danny.n
Darren received 1st draft. called me stating he wasn't happy with it. Told him that is the point of the 1st draft so we can get feedbacks to finetune the drafts. Assured him that he'll be 100% happy before finalizing. i transferred him to speak to Marvin via phone to discuss. He was just iffy about the process but have him assurance that this is a normal phase.
Called. Needs a makeover. His clients are not necessarily dentist but more consumers. Has a shopping cart but it is external and works independent of the site which i assure it will continue. We will do a complete facelift making it a high end product which is the primary goal. He was ready to start. sent contract. hot hot lead
