Our main goals are:
1. Website that has Responsive design to look great on all mobile devices and tablets
2. Website that is modern and clean looking
3. It must be able to partner with one of the orthodontic industry vendors for patient portal features
4. Be able to easily add or change content
5. Ideally be able to launch in 8-12 weeks

explained to dr that the 2 works independently of each other and that if you sign up with a company to do both, you will lose 1 or the other features in quality. assured him that if he has that company dealign with appt remidners and scheduling, we can integrate it on to the site easily. will f/u with dr on Friday

gave dr diff between what we do and what companies such as televox specializes in which is mostly communication that he was paying a lot for each month but they don't specialize in web dev. Told dr the Orthotrac is what is he using and they may have that capability already. An alternative is to do gmail scheduled delivery which is to setup an email for next appt patient and it will schedule to send out. Showed him a printscreen of my "boomerang" feature.

responded to dr letting him know we can't do demo because oru sites are not template based but custom but assured him of the deisgn process by doing the initial draft and reminded him of our 30 day mbg. Asked dr when is a good time next week to have aphone conference so i can show him examples of our clients that has those features he had asked about. hot lead.
