I want to thank both of you once agin for helping me and Amir with our company Lucent. We strongly believe Lucent will succeed in large part to the efforts of Optimize 360 team.

Our original goal was to open for business in April 2016. However, I am saddened to say our primary investor’s (who was committed to $250,000) daughter was just diagnosed with a brain tumor. She successful underwent surgery last week but he is wisely choosing to hold onto his money at this time.

Amir and I are still very strongly committed to Lucent and Optimize 360. I am writing to inform you that we are putting everything on hold for approx 6-9 months. I kindly request that you “archive” our website until we are operational again. I will routinely email you progress updates. Thank you.

Hi Danny,

I was just billed $78 for management of our website but I am a little concerned about this. Our website is not complete yet so how could you charge us for it management.

When we first met, your estimate for completion was 6-8 wks. Marvin has done a fantasy job and I really like the way the website is coming along but there has been weeks of delay that is not on my end. Recently, I have been waiting 2-3 weeks for proposed changes.

I will not pay for the management of a website until that website is complete. I will call u later today to discuss.

I went ahead and made a few adjustments since I feel we are very close to really hitting it out of the park.

I’ve attached 2 revisions, let me know what you think.

– I changed the blue to be a lot lighter, I definitely understand where you’re coming from. I also tried to make it so that your logo/brand will contrast well against it. (see footer)

– I put “Meet our Team” on the hero so that it would be at the forefront so that in a way we are introducing you two and we already have testimonials as its separate section.

– For the feature box section, I decided to go with a more science-y texture. If we left it blank, it would blend into the next section. I felt like a science-y texture would be less distracting as opposed to putting in people in the background. The goal is to add texture while making sure the boxes/information is the focal point.

-I went with a literal change with your notes on the feature boxes. As for the other revision, I went with something that reinforced your brand a little bit. The idea is that if you hover over the hexagon, you would get the blurb and if you click the hexagon, it would re-route you to a specific page within your site.

I went ahead and appended the changes we talked about.

Additionally, I decided to replace a testimonial section to “What to Expect” so visitors will have more of an idea of what what your practice can offer. Visitors can use the arrows to go through every step of the process with maybe either an image or an educational video.

Of course the practice address is pending to change for when you two decide on where to setup your practice.

1- Can we try changing the picture from the couple to a mom-son or dad-daughter combo
2- We need to change the picture of red blood cells to neurons. I have attached some examples that I got from google. It does not need to be theses pictures but something in this area.
3- There is too much dark grey, can we make the whole thing look brighter. Maybe light blues instead of grey with some yellow throughout
4- I love the picture of the lady doing Yoga on the beach and the group of doctors collaborating
5- For the 5 tabs on the bottom instead of “experts in their field”, “your in good hands”, and “24/7 365 care” can we change it to “what is Opioid Addiction”, “addictions we can treat”, “Science Behind our Therapy” (here is where you can add the papers I sent you yesterday), “meet our doctors”, and “Our Services for you and your family”. I will send you the content for these tabs in the next 1-2 wks
6- We will need a FAQ tab somewhere easily visible on the page
7- Somewhere on the front page can you write 75% successful abstinence at 2 years with Ultra-Rapid Detox (with citation to the paper I sent you yesterday)

Please write up content for this specialty/client. It is a Drug Rehab practice that specializes in being able to reverse addiction through pharmaceutical treatment. (https://www.opiates.com/) is their competitor, to kind of get a good idea of what they do. “Waismann Method” should be redacted for our content.

Client specifics: “Ultra Rapid Detox” / “Ultra Rapid Medical Detox” is kind of their tagline. “Pharmaceutical Surgery” is a term the client likes. General tone is “70% touchy feely” and “30% technical” Incorporating this information is up to your discretion.

Client sent me their logo, discussed what elements of it were important. Updating CP to their practice name. Will adjust their logo to look better as per Danny’s and client req

– They have a domain and logo already but both are not finalized. i didn’t really like the logo so i told him we can creatively adjust it with font styles. No custom work. As far as domain, he had reserved 1 that was very local in the domain name so i had suggested to go with something more generic since he will eventually go nationwide.

– Please send an email intro so dr can fill out the preliminary questionnaire, dr will put on there what time and day to call to discuss. He briefly told me Friday.
– read my MEETING post note to get an idea. this client is different from any others we have worked with in the past.

Spoke to Dr.- Dr confirmed order over the phone. Driving home right now and will be filling out the order online at home to start.

Had a meeting with both Drs Starbucks last Friday. Dr. Ashrafi is an Urgent Care Dr and Dr. Norbaksh is an Anesthesiologist. They have a unique patented procedure that helps treat drug addiction patients by doing a 72 Hour Reversal procedure. The want to target for now which I had recommended is OC and LA then go nationwide (min $1,000/m adwords for OC and $2,000-$3,000/m LA). Told them how effective it is vs SEO since it is new and they want to get immediate patients. They charge about $15,000 per patient. Gave them some ideas on how they are good candidate for Display Ads because of the type of audience and process of these type of audience finding them. Their biggest competitor is Chapman Hospital clinic that is doing very well and they believe theirs is more unique and better. Other ideas i told them was to focus on rehab centers doing Brochure Designs and leaving it there. Social Media would be a big thing for them as well too. Both dr really liked all my ideas and stated they have a meeting setup to speak to 2 other marketing companies that will be pitching to them.

F/U with Dr this morning via texts requesting email. Had a convo with dr via text, dr stated he was actually going to call me. Wanted to see if there is a discount cause it is “alot” of money and they don’t know much about web and marketing to do real comparison. Assured him to our quality of work along with our rate. I discounted down to $3,000 instead of $3,500 since there is no video. Told Dr. the $1,500 (ownership), he should hold off on that since he won’t need it and this will free up some budgeting. Dr really liked the idea and will contact me later on today or tom. Sent contract via email
