    Scot called me per our schedule phone conf. He is new to practice and dr hired him to takeover social media, getting new site, better marketing and more marketing. Gave over of SEO and Adwords which he has heard before but educated him more. Talked about the Gold which was what he was looking at. THe process and the benefit of us vs others. Showed him Google Page Developer test for our own site and his current site.

    – Also discussed his domain which he wants to be highlanddentalkc.com not what it is being fwd to.
    – had site for over 8 years but no ranking. They recently moved to Liberty, MO which is about 10 miles out of KC.
    – Quoted $500/m for Adwords and can increase to include more saturated KC area.
    – went over Social – pointed out it should be public view cause currently they have to login. He agreed. Will help him with ideas in future to post cause that’s what he is put in charge. Agrees on quality over quantity post.
    – Blog: discussed this since and quoted as an option.

    called to touch base cause i saw him opening email this morning. Checked in to see if he got the new analytics code to embed on to the site. He stated that that company is very frustrating bc they are going around in a circle providing data for SEO and only for PPC but he knows it is manipulated. As of now the dr has not made a decision and he was very appreciative of the f/u. I had told him that holidays are coming up so I know he'll be busy therefore i'm calling. He said to continue to touch bas with him which is ok. Very nice.

    Called Scot back regarding the report he had sent over by the other company. Told him the report is custom so it seems or can be easily manipulated. what was concerning was the bounce rate shown is over 60% and the avg time spent on the site is over 2.5 mins. told him to get more accurate data is to simply get his own analytics code, ask them to embed it and compare the data. he agreed and didn't know that was feasible. He will review with dr and stay in touch with me. good lead.

    scot called me back stating that he got dr's approval to review the data the web vendor sent over to help analyze. He stated that the data seem to be cut/paste by them. told him its possible they are blocking out data that might give them a negative perspective. Told him i'll call him back to go over what my findings are.

    Spoke to Scot, very nice. he said that he finally got data reporting from their web vendor to analyze the ppc and website traffic. he said dr will be out of the office next week and wanted to finish up all the traffic reporting for the month of Nov to analyze before making a decision. Scot stated he's not trying to brush me off and is still interested but has to wait on the dr. I told him if he likes, he can send over the stats because i am google certified for analytics and can help pin point the datas that are important to look at. He stated he wants to be needs to check with the dr if its ok to send it over. Dr is out to lunch and will talk to him when he's back to get authorization.
