Before the ads are created, we would like some updates on the websites to ensure potential clients see the best possible website we can offer.

-For starters, I would like the reviews from facebook linked to our patient reviews section as at the moment there is nothing there.

Josie called and said Dr. Shaikh is “not happy with the look of the website”. I am sending her a link so we can schedule a phone call to go over the website and what it is exactly that she is not happy with. From the last time I spoke with her, she did not like the feat. services images on the home page, which has been changed to images of families (what she wanted). Josie advised that she still does not like it. I have included the last notes I received from her about the website example:

Called Dr. Shaikh to follow up about the design draft. Left VM on office # but got a hold of her office manager, Josie. Josie said Dr. Shaikh was not happy with the design draft because it was not interactive. I had advised her from the beginning that the design draft would only be a flat image. Josie will talk to her and call me back.

Forgot her name – she had a bunch of questions and clarifications she had wanted to ask me – answered all the questions for her – gave her assurance – she is currently looking at 3 order companies – dr is trying to make a decision today – manager said if I dont hear back from her today – they will definitely let me know on monday – told her if she is in a dilemma to send me over their proposals and i will match and beat if they compare and also let her know of any redflags – wanted to know if our forms are HIPPA complaint – told her yes – wanted to see patient form examples – told her what the $3,500 includes – talked about design ownership – she will talk to the doctor and get back to me
