Belinda, I spoke to dr. SHe had email accounts prior to switching over to us and it wasn't working since the switch. Dr didn't know how emails works and wasn't comfortable with "godaddy" email accounts but I assured her that it is very reliable along with other features. Marvin did go ahead and setup all the email accounts that she needed and sent her an email with the login credentials. Ok for you to close this "task". its situated.

Domain Issue with Sesame

Spoke to the dr (called me). Stating that Sesame is refusing to release the domain and also refusing to return her calls. She stated this is the reason why she’s leaving sesame because they have horrible customer service. Dr stated that this domain was hers since 2005 and it was transferred to them to manage but she stated she owns it. I recommend to the dr to threaten them with lawsuit, bad reviews and report to the business bureau. She said it was a good idea and she will try that.

Hello, We do not launch websites for other services as domain management is only offered when connected with our website hosting. Ideally offices should notify us they need to cancel their website service with some time prior to wanting to launch a new site so that we have time to cancel and transfer their domain to them. Told her i have quite a few clients who have switched over to us from them. She asked why and i stated and it seems it was in lined with why she is moving to another company.
