Called Dr., was driving. Asked to call back on his wife’s cell cause it was connected to car speaker. Called back. Dr stated he works at 2 hospitals in different cities and wants to get an informative website for him ready by Feb 2016. He specializes in spinal surgery treating deformities. Dr was straight-forward asking about pricing if it falls within his budget. I quoted $3,500 but dr stated if there is any lower. I told him we can go $2,500 but remove mobile which dr was fine. He then asked about Video Commercial which is important told him i can include it for $3,500 which he seems fine about if it is included. Asked about pt forms, explained to him how it works depending on hipaa. Told him about the option of a simple one which is not hippa-compliant and the other where it requires a secured link which is dependent on his practice management software. Showed him how that works and he completely understood. Will send email with info on orthopedic clients and video commercial so he can get an idea. Already told him how the video commercial process works already. Dr was anxious to get my email to review. sent.

called to f/u. seems like we are not meeting eye to eye with the cost. he said he signed up with some application called "spartan" to create his own site, he wanted to see if i can take a look at it and give him advice on how to improve it and upload it himself. Dr seems to want free design work on our end so he can do it cutting all cost. I told dr he can send over and if we can accommodate him by having a similar design in our gallery then we can cut the cost if not then we can't. He likes what he has already that he did himself but want free work on how to take care of the technical side.
