Just to recap our phone conversation:
We like the entire layout to go into development. This will take up to 5 business days and you will be able to see the site on your browser and click through the links.

We will load some content that we already have, but if there is any supplemental content for your services and your team page we’d be more than happy to add that in as well.

The main hero image will be a slider — still deciding on the images for now.

Edit the address to include “Plaza 3”

For now we will leave your patient portal to go to a “under development” page until it is finished from your vendor.

I will go ahead and look into your CP login issues and let you know when it is fixed. Also, I’ve attached a little pamphlet to help you see how the process will go from start to finish.

I’m really excited to show the concepts I have for you. We discussed Ozarks Medical Center being a better fit for your target audience, so we went with that for #2. Then I remember kind of discussing Ha Design Studio and that’s where #1 comes in. They are two different design styles to help us narrow down the direction we want to go in.

Received vm today regarding our website development. I was ask about my thoughts on the design and what, if any design style I like. I researched the net and came up with these designs that were represent what I feel would represent our practice.
They are all designed by the same company. What I feel is important is that we don’t have a “cluttered” look. Most of our patients are older (Medicare) patients who may or may not be internet savvy and we need to keep the design easy to navigate. Take a look at these sites and lets discuss. Will call you in a few minutes.

Called to touch base with Stan to see if he had any questions. Stan stated no at this time but later on said he actually does. He said he really liked what i had sent over and our convo last week and is talking to a few other companies that charges less monthly fees. Told him that they may be charging you other fees in the future esp if they have contract. Gave him the many values of our flat low rate and an idea on how much hosting alone cost for basis one with GoDaddy. He just has a budgeting issue with the monthly cause he may have to cut cost elsewhere if he were to pay that monthly fee. I told him what i can do is to waive 1st 6 months for him (orig was 3 months) so that way he can get a site up and not worry until later on and confident by then, the value of his site will bring in the revenue to more than pay for itself. He really liked it and asked to resend updated one to review. hot lead.

Called Stan, very nice but passive. He’s the office manager. Went over the packages, seems interested in Gold cause he doesn’t need the other features in Platinum. Went over our design process cause he asked how it works. Looking to get 1 build by the end of the year. Recommended to start cause it takes 4-6 weeks and we can get a temp site up in the meantime since it is empty right now. Sent him email with the package along with GI clients. Hot lead.
