As I was telling you I really don’t have the time to keep going back in forth nor spend more time to mention over and over what I need on that website. After about a month now, I really don’t have the confidence that you guys can offer me what I needed nor what you promised. If it is so hard for you to make me see what you can deliver, how can I trust you with the things that I can’t see such as the SEO. I am very lay back person but at the same time I know what I want and when it’s not right I can tell. I hate to be a pain but to be honest with you this website is not worth my money. Please take a look under the page ” Our team” very last paragraph the beginning. “At Judith Zephirin, DC, we select only the best of the best to serve our patients and their families”. By now I am assuming that you guys should be able to make the difference between my name and the company name. This is a pure cookie cutter which was one of the reason I choose to go with an original website but apparently I was wrong.

At this point I will feel more confident to just move on. Thanks for trying but it’s not going to work for me. I don’t have time to do website audit on the top of the $3000. Don’t you think you guys should have and editor before you send the final product to your client?

1st you guys send me an incomplete website telling me to approve it to make it live and do the changes that I want myself. Can you imaging that?
You promise social media, and all I get is facebook and google. I want to have the option to create e-newsletter and the option to have online forms for my patients apparently these options are not available with this $3000 build up from scratch website. How do you expect me to move forward with Optimized 360 and trust them that they can help me in the long way with the SEO?

Well Thank you for everything. I love the design but I can’t be paying this amount of money just for the design. Please let me know if there is any paperwork that I need to sign to end this or how do I get a refund on this. I am sorry but I believe there should be another company out there that can help me better.

It looks great; What do you think if instead of the purple we can have the green, I feel like with the green it will be brighter.

1. I would like to have an office tour page (I will provide the pictures as soon as I get the place set up)

2. what to expect page (such as first visit, second visit etc… see attachment)

Instead of having 2 areas of contact us (contact and Contact us) we can replace one. I don’t know if there is a difference between them.

I m affiliated with foundation for wellness professionals as well as the American Holistic Health association (if you can add them at the bottom of the page or what you think appropriate, that would be good) because this is part of my practice. 6. Also I attach a little bio of myself, I will also send my pic along with the office pics, staff etc.

7. As I was looking over the site, I miss the option where I can create monthly or weekly newsletter for the patients, and patient education page area.

8. As far as the presentation of the site, I would love to replace “treatments that works” to: “Achieving better Health Naturally!”

When I first communicated with you we conclude that the package include Social Media Custom, Educational library with access of hundreds of article, Appointment alert etc, the website that they created is very basic, and I really don’t feel like it worth my money. I am so not willing to pay that much cash for the outcome work. I have to tell you that I am not satisfy with the outcome.
