Doctor would like homepage to stand out. Emailed him these suggestions:

1. Move your phone number below logo. Order from top to bottom would be:

This would prevent top menu from wrapping into a second row. And the HG and Vitals icons can stay.

2. Remove your name and association from below the logo and add a featured section below “Minimally Invasive Outpatient Spine Surgery” title. This section would have a photo of you, your associations, and anything else you would like to feature about yourself.

If you do want to keep your name and associations below the logo, we would need to decrease height of links/buttons along left side.

Client is inquiring about testimonial videos that were sent via email. However, we were unable to download/open the video files and I had advised them via email on August 11th to upload the videos to their YouTube account so I can add them to the website. Client responded but disregarded the videos.

Client called – left a voicemail – kept re-iterating that we need to be better at customer service – says edits take a while – he does not have time to upload the videos himself – he recently sent over some video testimonials in a .mov format which comes with no players – he received instructions on how to upload the videos on his own account – he does not want to do it – he said he hired us to take care of the website for him

Spoke with Desirae regarding who has the video files – she said a lot of the edits they send over, they do not respond to Desirae’s requests.

Missing info and etc…

Client wants me to call him back regarding getting the videos onto the site.

Will quote him $100/hour for us to upload it on OUR account but he does not have access to the account.

Will give him the alternative that if he simply does it himself, which is very easy. It is free and better that way. We will embed the code onto the site for him.

Remove the video thumbnails of the testimonials at the bottom and replace with the pictures he sent with the testimonial blurbs. rename “Patient Video Testimonials” to “Patient Testimonials”.

Move the “In the News” video under the “Compassion section”. Have the video align left and have the text on the right.

Attached is an issue with the navigation. The client wants the # to be where it is exactly and the size.

If we can make a min width so that the nav goes past the browser and doesnt return on a second line, that would be great.

Worst case, please make the nav bar BG increase in height so that if the nav returns on a second line, it will look cleaner and purposeful.
