    Dr. Schatz and I have been going over the website to see if any changes need to be made. There are a few that we found.

    We would like to add Self Ligated Braces to the types of braces. I am attaching a document on what the description should be. Can we delete the In-Ovation under the Braces 101 tab.

    Under types of appliances, can we move Headgear to the bottom of the list and add Distalizer, Temporary Anchorage Device and Forsus. The word document attached also has the description of each.

    Could we delete the blog under the Get Started Tab, and instead have like our old website on the call to action tab that says…Get Started Today. They can fill out info to make an appointment.

    Under the Retainer Instructions, under the 9th tab, instead of last years, can we say “they will last longer.”

    Under the videos, can we delete the non ortho videos.

    I’ve attached different images for the home page’s slider based on your photo selection from shutterstock.com. Some of the photos did not match the vintage coloring you were trying to depict, therefore I left those out. I’ve also included a few that might work as well.

    To give variation, I’ve included a second design labeled ‘schatz-eric-design2.jpg’ with the proper inner page design as well. Please take a look at this and see if its anything you would like to include as well.

    Inner Pages – I’ve attached several options for you to choose from and/or modify. We can switch up photos and colors based your feedback.

    TIMELINE – As far as timeline, it seems like we’re settled on how the home page’s layout would like and animate, we would just need to decide on the inner page. Once that is approved, I will work on development. This takes about a week for me to put together the pages, animation and coding the site.     I have been looking at you websites in other markets. I am noticing that some of your websites are not listed in the prized three listings on Google maps listed at the top of the search page when performing a general search (e.g. Orthodontist Carrolton TX, Orthodontist Peoria AZ. Are you generally able to get your clients into this group?

    I was looking at the proposal more closely. I was wondering if you could spread the payments for the website design ($3500) over the first four months instead of two payments. I was also unclear as to whether I would be obligated for the $99 and $149 fees during the design and build period. Finally, the other proposal was offers an appointment text and email reminder system that is similar to our current reminder system with OrthoSesame. Do you offer this?
