Belinda, I just spoke to Dr. – He stated that he spoke to you a few times regarding the website being transferred over to another company to take over and that you have confirmed with him on this but he’s still being charged for his monthly fee.

Can you confirm with me cause I don’t see any notes that he cancelled or tasks to cancel.

I would like another rhomboidal box to be placed with a smiling photo and the title under it of Implants that when clicked on, will take the person to my Implant services page. When you go to the G+ listing from the website, it has limited info. I don’t see where someone can leave a review or read any other reviews. Does that need to be fixed?

I noticed that it say comments are closed at the bottom of every page. Can we please remove that.

Can you remove the line at the bottom that says “Comments are closed”. Also on the blog page, any where it says, No Comments. Please remove those as it doesnt look right. If we are asking people to go ahead and comment, then it should as for comments.

Add American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine as the 4th line. Remove the -Alumni from the last line to make room.

Please make the test and the photos appear on the Missionary Trips Page exactly like they appear on the editing side. All photos in a row with the print just under. The first one needs to start from the left of the page, just as in the editing side.

align contact & doctor list

I saw a message after leaving the last ticket, that you cannot change the header. I can’t only have a mountain photo without at least my name. That just won’t work. People have to be able to know who I am, as well as my practice name.

Can you please add a small photo of myself (the same one on the home page) with my name and DDS on the header mountain photo. It needs to be more personal.
Can you also put under my name Premier Aesthetic Dentistry in smaller but ledgible print..
Also, the dropdown tabs are a little hard to read as they are white lettering on light grey background. Can you make them black print or change the background to a darker color.
Also, the tress small lines on the upper left which is the menu for all the other tabs; can that be made more visible or obvious what that is or how to access all those other tabs.

Dr request if he can put his pic on the header of the mobile phoen where the mountain pic is. Maybe on the lower right corner or anywhere that doesn’t take too much away from the header image. Dr just wants it more personalized

On the Patient Education Page, I was able to add at the bottom of the list of services, an additional service called Comfort Menu. However, I don’t know how to add that page to the back end under Articles where I can edit that page, as it doesn’t show up. Can you add that for me please, then I can edit the article page with what I want it to say.

Doctor would like to have an official blog on his website. Currently we’re just adding items to same page. Told him we have bundle with social media that is $1,000 initial with monthly (didnt quote on monthly).

He also wants to boost his ranking as he’s currently onn 7th page. His area is not too competitive with only probably 12 dentists in whole area. Mentioned that depending on what his competition is doing, he might have to do just as much seo/marketing or more to beat them. Recommended he does ppc AND seo for at least a few months to hopefully boost, but not gauranteed.

Asked if he cancels SEO, will he drop. Explained our goal is gradual ranking increase, therefore we hope that it doesn’t drop immediately.

I found the A to change color.
In the text of the blog article, I would rather than having a large article, I want to have a highlighted Read More that can be clicked to see the rest of the article. I placed used that icon and placed it in the article but the live article still shows all of it. Can you do that in the first article where I placed it to show me how and then I can do it next article. Thanks.

Is there a way to add meta tags, specific words, or other SEO things in the coding of my blogs so they can maybe be found on a search. Such as my first blog on Headaches. If someone did a search in Sun Valley for severe headaches, it would be nice if my article could organically show up. I know there is no guarantee, but can we do all we can to try and make that happen.
Also, I would like to make it so that every Blog I write automatically is posted to our office Facebook Page. At least the beginning to a point where it says read more, and when they click on it, they are taken to the Blog Article on the web site. I don’t have a FB page yet but will soon.

I don’t see an A symbol when I highlight so I can chose a different color for a link.
Also, can you place a “Next Article” button with forward and backward arrows or something so people can scroll to the next Blog Article. Also, how do I add another article since I don’t want to just continue on the same page as the first article. How do I open up a new page that will work with the button and arrows to the “Next Article” button?

I have placed a blog article on the blog page. There are two “Services” related links I have placed in the content. I have bolded them, but they don’t show up as well as I would like. The idea is for people to click on the link which takes them to that other page in the web site. Instead of being “Bold”, can they be colored blue so they are more easily seen as a link. Can I do that myself when writing blogs?

I know this is a new web site and everything takes time. This is a small town with only about 6 dentists. Why does my web site show up when I do a search for Sun Valley Dentist, especially when Sun Valley is in my domain name?
Please go through the entire web site and provide all the proper SEO to each page that will help it show up. I have edited almost all of the services pages and others about the Dr., etc. I know that in the text needs to be certain phrases with Ketchum and Sun Valley in them to help. Please see that all has been coded or linked or whatever is needed for my web site to be seen.

When you click on the Photo Blue Button for Sleep Health on the Home Page, it goes to a blank page.

When you click on Root Canals from the services page, the correct text and videos does not appear. Something about Hello World instead.

Please change the title above the first video to Implant Supported Crowns and Bridges.
Put the title of Implant Supported Dentures above the second video. Space them enough so not to be crowded.

Please make sure the SEO for the web site is targeted to sll the following searches. Dentists in Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey, Bellevue, Twin Falls, Boise. All in Idaho.
Right now, I am not showing up on these searches. I realize the web site is new, but there are only a few dentists in the area. When will I show up?
Also, what needs to be done to appear on the Google Map when a search is done.
