Doctor is working at a hospital and would like to know if we’re hippa compliant and that we are not taking any patients away from the hospital. Their (hospital) marketing team is concerned that we are using them to get this business additional business.

Told doctor that we have not worked with hospitals or cases like this but will review the site with upper management.

Please create a blog archive and single blog page with sidebar.

Make pages look like:

Belinda, can you setup the Blog on his site. Dr. Jimenez will send over articles in the future to implement on to the blog. Dr is also aware that it is about $100-$150 per article to be written up at which he will let us know what topic to have written. Dr also stated he will have youtube video to put on these pages as well. just fyi. Please email Dr. Jimenez when it is setup.

Dr originally wanted to get online presence once site is live cause he is concern about reputation. (based on his phone interview with Belinda, he is working with a Reputation company to handle this but he wants to do more). I had stated to him that his specialty & name in such a small town in Nebraska, i am optimistic it should have good organic ranking. Other thing he did differently was he had a lot of patent for his procedure/s so he wants to get it out there to the public. Pages with info on this will be setup and it should get indexed. We did briefly talk about Adwords as well for his sepcialty and patent. I will discuss with him prior to launching of site.

Would like design similar to http://www.rwhs.org/. Same colors and layout. He wants to be a spinoff of the website to market his specialty.

Would like to include photos from seminars, videos from different brands he uses. Good combination of text, images and videos.

Content: highlight minimally invasive spinal surgery, brain surgery, o arm, n2QOD, stealth navigation (he will send videos from there), lumbar infusion.

Working with reputation mgmt company but wants to know how he can flood first page with his name and was thinking of using his patents he’s done. Advised him to send a list of patents and information about it. We’ll create pages on website and hopefully it’ll index onto Google. After website is indexed, then he should consider marketing and/or SEO. He understood perfectly and is really interested in this.

He’s in a very non-competitive area so told him very optimistic he should show up easily on the 1st page but it will take some time. Went over our process and quality of work along with our competitive rate. Dr was very interested cause he has seen our work.
