Under the heading General Dentistry, is listed another Dr’s name and location. I have already submitted a ticket for this and it still hasn’t been corrected. Please feel free to call if there are question. 303-428-8560

1) Dr. Zeigler’s name is misspelled in his description.
2) Under Allessa’s profile please change the last part to:
“When not in the office, Allessa enjoys many outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and canoeing.”
3) Under General Dentistry the wrong docotor and location are listed. Please change from Dr. Kittell to Drs. Suman and Zeigler, and Northglenn.

Please change Tricia’s Registered Dental Hygienist to RDH like Nicoles.

On the front page the “read more” link only takes you to the team page, users are not able to read the rest of the paragraph.

Please remove Angie’s name and picture.

Please change Allessa to patient coordinator. Her paragraph should read : When you call our office you will be warmly greeted by Allessa. She is committed to making your visit to our office a great experience. Allessa has been in the dental field since 2013. When not in the office , Alessa spends time with her son Damien. She enjoys doing many outdoor activities such as camping and hiking.

Please add a new team member, Ashley, EDDA
Ashley has been an EDDA for more than 14 years. Her passions in dentistry include Implant and oral surgery procedures. She makes it a point to do the extra steps necessary to make sure patients feel comfortable. Ashley is married with four children. She enjoys the outdoors and having BBQ’s with her family.

Spoke to Dr this morning regarding a few issues she had stated, please take a look to ensure that it is correct/corrected.

1. stated she say “greenwood village” mentioned (this is the prior client’s design that she had selected)
2. not getting appointment request that is submitted when her staff tested. (please find out and verify with client. I would add a secondary which is fax transmission)

1. Dr. had email issues and did not receive any emails from Belinda or Support. Had her send me an email and responded to her to add our system email addresses to her address book.
2. Site not showing up correctly – See note believe “site redeveloped”
3. Telephone numbers were wrong initially as it was her cell phone, updated with her office telephone.
4. She saw a few things to change, but will email us.

Overall she has been patient and very understanding but would like clear idea of when/how things will be changed/updated. Explained to her our ticketing process and its a matter of being able to retrieve our emails.

Original site was duplicated from smileessentialsdental.com that was built in bootstrap. This coding was messy and did not apply to non-mobile orders.

Redid the code and notified client.

This site was done in bootstrap but is not showing up on different monitors/CELL phones correct. Please take a look and adjust so that entire page looks proper on mobile devices. See attachment for inner and home page.

When the browser is resized to be smaller, the “more than just a smile” section looks off, There is a lot of white space that appears under the “see all procedures” page. What we can do is make the image a background on a div with the background-size set to cover.

The “welcome to new day dentistry section” is made up of tables, can you properly use bootstrap columns to fix this. Make sure spacing is correct and collapses correctly when browser is resized. Thank you.

Trying to make the site go live, I changed the A record on the DNS file to the correct IP but the site is not propagating correctly. I have contacted DreamHost to get this issue resolved, I have also made sure the client is updated.

Dr called, had a few complaints that telephone number was wrong , email and office hours were wrong. She provided new info and I made the update on the website.

Client would like to go live with the site. Login credentials have been recorded in CP. If you need help with DNS, please let me know. They have no emails associated with domain.

please read my previous notes. Dr originally has issues with SEO. Lets focus on “northglenn + keywords”.
Originally proposed custom design but dr had budget issue so worked with SILVER instead. Dr understood the difference and will upgrade in the future. Liked http://smileessentialsdental.com/ because it i similar to her current site’s style which is huge image on front page.

Please verify with her on that design before proceeding.

I had quoted the Silver package based on her budget but highly recommend sticking with Gold bc of her situation where she wants to show up organically. Gold will give her best result. Helped her reduce the initial by removign videos and also broke up into 3 payments for her.

Dr returned my call about 5 mins after i left her a message. Frustrated how she’s not on the 1st page. Told her i’ve reviewed her site and online presence, addressed to her her issue here is her site which is not SEO friendly, pointed out many issues she had and she agreed with me. Told her even if she did get good ranking, her site will give her very low conversion. Recommendation is to do a complete makeover, let it get reindexed and it is possible she may show up naturally. At that point, can consider SEO or Adwords. Quoted her Gold and she stated that is not bad of a pricing. She really appreciated and liked my strategy. She just likes a design that has big image like how she has it now. Showed her some of our clients site that has this feature but does not take away from the ease of navigation. Will disc with her colleagues and get back to me. VERY HOT LEAD.
