Dr has been having issues logging into his GoDaddy WP, we’ve been helping him with the transfer and accessing it the past week.

“Hi Danny,

I tried calling you, but got your voicemail. I am interested to know what the monthly cost is to have you host my website. What is the monthly cost for hosting only versus hosting plus SEO services? (I could not find any of this info on your website.)

Dr called me, coming back from a trip in Mexico. Dr was responding to my email regarding his site transfer. Dr was very nice stating he doesn’t know what’s going on. Told dr that in the meantime until he gets back in to the office, i can explain how the hosting works. For now, Catherine will log in to his GoDaddy since she has access and point his domian to our server so his site we did is up and running. Understands that it is pointing to our server not his.

dr is still being charged. Please check to see if client has the site launched on his hosting and ready for us to add his design to our Plastic Surgery Gallery and also stop charges. Dr is aware to officially cancel.

Let dr know that it is outside our company’s policy but Danny had authorized to help dr out. Also let Dr know that once it is setup, any technical problems, we do not support and he has to contact GoDaddy for additional help.

Client has ownership of the site, meaning he will host it on his own. Once the site is completed to his liking we will send the files over to him to host. I explained to him to make sure all the changes he wants is taken care of before we send over the files because any additional changes would require us to send over the updated files again which will incur an extra cost.

For now we are merging over the gallery from his old site to the new one. After that he should be close to being ready. Follow up with him once that is completed.

Add the photo gallery from http://chevrayplasticsurgery.com/ to the new site’s photo gallery. Keep the same formatting and organization of each page. If you need the original photos the client has them, please email him for them.

Can you make the patient education/services page responsive? Right now it is made of tables, can you make it into divs that collapse when the browser is resized.

Can you please make the regular site fit within the browser, it looks like the slider overflows past the site design. Can you make sure the desktop version fits correctly on mobile devices.

Client sent me an email with how he wanted the layout to look like. He wanted a dark background main image but I told him that would not look well with a light colored website. I asked him if he is ready to go into development.

Likes to have a white BG with blue accents matching his logo that’s attached.

He really likes http://aviondental.com/. Like the white background and blue contrasting color. Like the horizontal blue menu across the very top, with the logo and phone number and social media icons just below the menu. Like the large graphic/happy patient pic next. Doesn’t really like the next 4 graphic boxes with “office tour, promotions, patient forms, and patient education”. He wants his membership, society, and association logos at the bottom.

He would prefer to be a slider vs. a static image. Would prefer just the phone number and logos of associations, societies, and memberships at the very bottom of the home page, not hours and directions.

He would like to have these menu items Home, Meet Dr. Chevray, Meet the team, photo gallery, testimonials, procedures, patient instructions, forms, contact us

His associations are: American Association of Plastic Surgeons (AAPS), American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery (ASRM), American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) (attached)

I have uploaded my logo as a bitmap.
I have also uploaded the ASPS professional society membership logo which should be on the first page of my website as well. Thanks.

I would like to be able to edit my website and add and remove photos from a gallery of patient before and after photos. I would also like an area where current patients can download or at least see and print pre- and post-operative instructions. I would like to own the web pages when you are finished creating them, as I own my domain name (through GoDaddy) and would like to keep the same hosting service I have now. Dr. Chevray had called right after online submission. Dr. only focus on Breast Reconstruction as a plastic surgeon. Has relatively good ranking (#5). Stated he use to be #2 but slowly dropped. Had history of Adwords at $500/m. Went over our Gold Package and recommended the benefit of the makeover which will help reindex his site to potentially move back up higher but no guarantees. Step 2 is to focus on SEO and/or SEM. Gave dr overview how our SEO works and SEM, basically giving him tips/advice which dr sounded very interested and trusted my knowledge. Will do all 301 redirects for dr to assure him the preservation which is his concern, gave him analogies on how redirects works.

Strategy now is to do Website Makeover, then SEO/SEM.

SEO will maintain and possibly push him up higher so he doesn’t get dropped further which he already has.

Rate is $1,000/ini + $1,000/m with 3 keywords.
