ok. i m just wondering how she knows how user-friendly pbhs is. they prob gave her a walk-through so if we had known when you prob didn't, we could've given us the opportunity to counter by showing as well and/or sending them the link to the tutorial that Ha did.

Dr Vahey called - very very nice - really likes us - says he has not signed up yet - but will be going with PBHS - he knows we have a great product - but his ultimate decision came from his wife who he says is a techy person - he did not tell her pricing or any other biased information - she looked at us and pbhs's gallery - chose pbhs because it was easier to navigate - he appreciates that i went to my "boss" to get a better pricing or working out a custom package - says exectech will still be sending clients over to us hes sure - he did mention something about PBHS as well so I dont know if Exectech is workingw ith PBHS as well
