Now it’s the website’s job to convert” – trying to let her understand we need to improve the site as well to get better conversion – it seems like her husband submitted the inquiry but his wife is the one in control – wills end over proofs and quote
Competitive area – not on 1st page – company they are currently with is not dental focused – home page is confined and cluttered – has a lot of potential – (consolidate pages, open up the design, repeat appointment forms more, website built by a dental focused company, optimized better, product is better (google webmaster))
