    Spoke to Sanjeeta, she wants to overall have more page search results to bury the negative yelp page. She showed me some Lawyers that are showing multiple times for the same site which I noticed 1 specifically had 3 diff designs within the same site with 3 diff content about the lawyer.
    Sanjeeta’s current site right now is very basic with basic pages focused on procedures. Nothing about doctors or team. Also issue with not mentioning all 3 locations that they have.
    Suggest to setup those office-related pages, then design each of those pages separate with unique content to optimize “abbey dental”.
    They are doing a lot of advertising right now so their practice name will be searched alot.
    Quoted her $500 per page for 1 theme and content to optimize “abbey dental”. Optimistic in 1-2 months, it should show.
    Also discussed G+ which she has 2 of 3 verified under her admin. the 3rd one is duplicate which she is trying to remove cause it has negative review. She will also need to setup the 3rd location.
    All 3 of these will need to be linked to/from her site and start getting people to write & follow.
    She is also talking to an SEO company that wants to do SEO. told her we can do it too which is $1,000/m. She will decide later on but immediately, need to focus on ABBEY DENTAL not “LAS VEGAS dentist” or other similar generic keywords.

    The current website does not look appealing at all. Me and Rob (the CFO) tried talking the doctor into changing the colors and the doctors would not budge. I sent an email with a cleaner design with some blue. The doctor said to change it back to red because it matches their existing commercials. I kept sending the revisions in the blue design and Rob asked “Where is the Red version?” implying that he wanted the verison in red because of what the doctor is wanting.

    He is in the middle of filling out the questionnaire and looking for different sites for design references. He was very particular about SEO and getting the subheading on Google just right. The main focus on the practice is Dentures, Implants, Vaneers, and the Free 2nd Opinion.

    It sounds like this is a very high-end practice with over 25 doctors with each doctor with a minimum of 20 years experience. They run TV commercials and gain a lot of traffic to their website.

    Just FYI: red is the opposing color to dentistry. Please let client know that it is a color we suggest not to use as it is a reminder of blood and negative feelings for the patient. Would suggest to use a more inviting color such as orange or green. Or even darker burgundy.

    – The main menus on the site will focus on a few procedures they offer. They want to get these links to show on Google Search under their description. I think it will be Dentures as 1, check with them for the other, I would recommend doing only 2-3 total bc you need room for the other main menus that usually goes up there.
    – “Abbey Dental” is an important keyword on the site cause they want to preserve their ranking if someone google’s their practice name.

    Sanjeeta called in. Looking to get a new website built because the current site is not Mobile Responsive. They have 2 separate sites (desktop & mobile). Was told my Google partner whom they currently are doing their Adword stated that it needs to be mobile responsive to get better response. I made sure we do do that. Shopping around right now. Went over our Gold package. She asked about Silver which I’ve quoted her $3,000 which includes Mobile hence it is not $2000. Told her it makes more sense to just do Gold which she agreed. Asked about SEO, she knows a bit. I asked her how long she’s had this site which is only 6-7 months but had a prior domain for over 10 years which they no longer own. I’ve suggested to her to focus on the Adwords bc her issue right now is not traffic but conversion which she agrees with me. Pointed out to her how her design is predominantly red which is a no no in this fiedl. Assured her that we are dental focus and these are the things we specialize in when building sites unlike other ocmpanies. Will be talkign to officite so i assured her our competitive rate. told her about our 30 day mbg as well. Will send her proposal with some recent sites.

Asked for examples of our work. Understands his site is horrible and dr's husband spends over a million dollar a year on marketing cause he's in advertising.
