Sorry I missed your call. As of right now, I am going to do a little more research. The main reason of wanting to switch was the cost. I do not want to be spending so much for our website. Therefore, by switching to Optimized 360 I would actually have to pay more. Let me do a little shopping around and I will let you know my decision.

Thank you again for sending over the information. I was looking at the cost of switching over to Optimized 360, and I am not sure if it will be worth it for us. I am currently paying 499/month which is what my costs would be with you guys. However, I would still have to pay the initiation fee. Before, you quoted me a price of 99/month for the gold plan. Can you please tell me what is added in the customized gold plan?

Sent Finalized Proposal Quote to the Doctor

I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to give you an update on where we are. After speaking to localseosites aka dental genius, they are offering us a 6 month deal for $3000. Basically it’s 500 per month with no start up fee. After 4 months the website will be ours and we can leave if we please. Included in this package is all the stuff that I emailed you (google adwords, seo, social media, etc)

I have also spoken to a friend of mine who is an SEO consultant in Los Angeles. I told him what dental genius was offering etc. He pretty much explained that all the fancy wording and services they are offering is pretty basic. He told me he can have a website made for about $1000 with no monthly fee. Of course this won’t compare to all the other services you have to offer. He basically told me to shop around some more because the pricing I have been quoted seem high to him.

As of now, I have not made a final decision. But hopefully we will come to a conclusion soon. I will keep you updated on our progress.

Spoke with Dr. Kwan – very nice – went over the website proposal – he is talking to PBHS and prosites – offered $0 initial fee (waived) and $40/m – $300 or $500/m – told him the difference between companies – gave him a gameplan – they are still awaiting a fictitious name right now – told him I will update the proposal – give him time but he is still shopping and trying to compare – will end me their proposals.

Spoke with Dr. Kwan – very nice – is taking over his dad’s practice – wants to be online – went over gold – didnt have much to say – seems like he wants something to start off with – will include silver as well – $0 Initial – 20 Installments – sent proposal
