Called Peipei. Sounded very nice. Looking for a makeover and wanted to inquire quote. Knows much about the terminology (seo, mob responsive, etc.). Gave her overview of our process, company comparison, pricing. Quoted her $4,000 + $109/m to include Social on to our Gold. Inquired on posting survey and patient reminder. Explained that survey can easily be done whcih is included but patient reminder is a service that a 3rd party company does which has nothing to do with the site but more with their practice management software which they need to access. she understood. Asked to send her info so she can review with the dr. Explained to her the installment plan for this month.
