Had a scheduled ph conference with dr. Dr has another practice aside the Powell, OH website but in RSM (orange county). Dr had a site with PBHS but he had cancelled with them bc they wanted him to pay for a new website since he only wants a mobile. He was upset. Dr had adword done on his own but didn’t get more than his investment but he did break even. I told him breaking even is good and he should continue bc he made a patient and long-term wise they refer family/friends and come back. He didn’t see it that way and agreed afterwards. Gave him the advantage of what we can do for him instead if we were to manage it. Told him RSM is about $500/m up to 5. He is a specialty practice so may want to target up to 10 miles. Showed him dr mansouri how she dominates. Went over Gold & Platinum. Suggested to go with Gold and include Logo. Discussed the 20 month payment plan. Dr is interested but questioned the $99/m how it is high vs PBHS ($50). Told him they charge a few hundred a month for SEO and he agreed. this is where they make the extra money. It was a good convo and dr seem to trust what i advised to him.

f/u with dr. showed dr the page test tool through google to see the comparison between us and pbhs and how important it is to have a good score and shows our quality vs others.

responded to dr below stating how pbhs and opt360 are not comparable in quality of products, pricing and service. Reminded him which he stated himself that their other monthly service are higher which makes up for their low monthly fee. Also assured how we are as a company genuinely helping our clients in the long run. Told dr to send over what PBHS is offerign so i can review and point out hidden disclosures/fees and terminology
