Where are we at?
I just saw two new charges on my AMX for the full hosting for the two sites.
As I told you Justin, verbally and in writing, I am not paying hosting until these sites are designed. I told you I was canceling hosting until this was done, and you have since charged my AMX twice for hosting for both sites.
You guys botched the content in a big way on the corporate site and not started the content on the mirror practice site.
I expect you to credit me for the hosting you have charged for both sites since I told you I was canceling hosting until these sites were built, and I expect you to discontinue charging for hosting until the sites are built.
Your contract provides that hosting is on a month to month and I can cancel at any time. When it is built, I will pay hosting.
You know that I am a transactional contracts attorney right? Do you really want to make this a big problem?
I am beyond frustrated. I expect this to be resolved and am not sure why you guys insist on charging my card after I told you I don’t want hosting until the sites are done.
Sorry for the delay here, but I had a death in the family and some other major family issues to content with last 6 weeks. During that time Dr. Hutt was reviewing the site and content. Unfortunately……
While I have to say I am pretty happy with the esthetic looks of the site, the content you guys created is not for a site where the audience is employers. The content missed the mark big time. The content you guys did is patient content – as if this site is designed for patients and employees. This site, this model, is for the employer, not the employee. Also, so much of the approach and content came from the small town chiropractic site of Dr. Hutt…… that it really is geared to that type of practice site, not what was intended here.
This is frustrating. All of the content needs to be redone for the employer.
I do however think once we delete a lot of the references to how your job can make you unhealthy and stressed and give you back issues, we can repurpose this content for the ‘patient portal’ and after elimination of the employee references, we can use it for the 2nd mirror site, which is supposed to be for a chiro practice treating local residents. Dr. Hutt actually was modifying the content you guys did to fit the mirrored site focus which will help with the 2nd site, but it does nothing for this site which was the priority.
I have now commenced a total rewrite of the content. I will start spoon feeding it to you guys as I finish but this isn’t an easy task and one I though you would be able to do a lot of the heavy lifting on.
Justin, you need to make sure the bill is adjusted accordingly so as there are no hosting fees pending this finalization.

“The site design that you created seems more appropriate for the doctor’s local-hometown practice ( mirror site), when the core site (first one) needs to be corporate focused. To that end I would suggest perhaps holding this design aside for a bit, as a foundation for the mirror site which we will get to after we complete this one.
The business model of Eden Wellness
Eden Wellness serves only CORPORATONS. The message to the corporations that we will solicit will be that the doctor and his team should come on site to the workplace, on a regular schedule, and provide work-place chiro care, massage and other services to employees that are focused on:
1) relieving the aches and pains of the guy in the cubicle stuck at his computer all day;
2) reducing stress
2) providing exercise programs to the corporation that a fosters team environment and creates more movement at work
3) offering ergonomic/posture counseling, move and stretch at work programs, team weight loss activities,
4) work place massage for neck and shoulder aches caused by poor posture, workstations, etc.
***visualize the work place, like your job Mitchell, X 100 employees all at the computers all day, with achey necks and backs.
The look and feel of the site needs to have:
a) a corporation look and feel (pictures should be people in a corporate setting, or people in a suit working at a computer and perhaps holding their back) not looking for skyscrapers, but for small to mid size office environments.
b) be technology centric (as most of the companies in CA we are soliciting will be technology companies) we need more HELATHBRIDGE type dominance on the look and feel
with people secondary to the tech feel, but in an office setting, suits, etc.
Design needs to ‘pop’
The current design needs the pop that the Heathbridge Chrio site has. Maybe the colors needs to be darker, to draw the eye? They seem too diluted with the text.
Features of the site
We like the layout of the design a lot.
The featured services is nice. Although the content choices will need to change ( injury for example ) doesn’t work with corporate site.
Like the area for the Mission Statement, although it looks like you did a welcome message here.
But again the colors disappear so it doesn’t draw the attention of the person using the site.
Don’t like the bottom part. We would like to reference the history of Eden Chiro ( so the reference to the sign is cool ) but would like to do that somewhere else? Use that space for something else?”
