Leslie called back. wanted to increase seo. told him he has fairly good ranking which he is aware. discussed with him about possibly a makeover bc it is possibly the presence is there along with traffic but low conversion. Recommended Makeover on top of SEO. explained to him the reason and he understood which made sense. he seems to have a good grasp on IT related so was asking if he was to host on his own. Tried calling at 1 of 5 locations on the website. stated she does not work in the office and its best to reach her via email. sent Leslie an email to schedule a ph conf.

side note: they seem to have overall good organic ranking for “dental implants” for all 5 locations. possibly a conversion issue with current site. very out-dated and limited.
