We have MAJOR issues with the images. First off how they appear is completely unacceptable. The Hallway image shows basically the ceiling and nothing more, the image of the operatory shows the top of the chair and the tv, the tooth brush station is 90% mirrors and the consult room doesn’t show the table. We need to see the entire image in the box not a poorly cropped looking image.
Secondly images are supposed to be on an automatic loop with a 4 second rotation not a manual loop where the viewer has to push to the next. I included these instructions on 6-14-17 and attached the email as reference.
Also the Dr’s titles which was once corrected is now an issue again. The font size has improved but they are no longer centered.
These continued issues are unacceptable, to say that the doctors are displeased is an understatement. If all corrections are not resolved by 8/23/2017 they will be contacting 360 to cancel all services and they will be seeking a refund of all charges.”

“I understand your frustrations and concerns as this has been a long, tedious process in perfecting the new website. I want you both to know that I am here to help and want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to accommodate your requests within the scope of our abilities.
I have addressed the 2 main issues below.
IMAGE SLIDER:
Automatic loop – This has been set to the slider. Let me know if you would like to adjust the speed and I can slow it down or speed it up.
The way this section is formatted is to display a full image, as in the image will fill the entire space of the slider rather than showing the full image itself. Since you requested to have this section at a certain height, I’m sure you are aware that any vertical image placed in this slider will be zoomed in since it is not a horizontal format.
With that being said, we can definitely resize the images to show fully in the slider rather than fill the entire space. I included a few previews below to show you what it will look like. Again, since the slider is set to a certain height to show the “welcome to professional dental” text below it, it does not leave much room to show the full image without having a solid color background behind each photo. Please see below (sent examples)
If you prefer this version instead with the black background, please let me know and we can change it for you no problem.
DR. TITLES
I have been working with our lead developer on recoding this section since we have been experiencing consistent issues. Please see the screenshots below of Firefox and Safari browsers (sent screenshots)
As you know, some of these lines may break for smaller devices such as tablets/iPads because of how many words are in each line and the size (width) of the section itself.
