Sonny called. looking for a more professional site. very nice. said he initially looked at hiring someone from CL that cost around $800. Told him the cons of going with them which he agreed and thought the same. introduced the 20 months payment plan. He has the intent to host on his own godaddy vs paying monthly. We are not able to accommodate him if he was to host on his own to do the 20 payments which he completely understood why. Came up with a suggestion for him which will target the $4,000 proposal by simply not giving him ownership (we host) until 20 months is paid off then he can decide. Worked out the proposal in the monthly hosting fee as part of the $4,000. So it is like $3,000 + $1,000 (hosting). sent proposal
