Remove Videos Nav menu
Add images to office page (if we don’t have them we can take them from their yelp)
add individual videos to pt services
add our staff to the nav menu and place them on their own page.

The also want fonts changed throughout the site. Bolder perhaps. I asled them if they wanted them like the ones on the hours of operation and they said that would be great.

In the home page, the 4th box should have a different image of brea or the one that was there before.

In the home page, on the 3rth box, have an image of people smiling or whatever was there before.

She will send blur and title to add to the 4th box.

She will send “Welcome to brea” blurb for us to switch.

Enable the images we disabled from the homepage.

Eliminate Patient Services next to the doctors on the home page.

M-Thursday hours are from 7-5pm

Make the footer match the new labeled navigation of this ticket.

Make PT ed/services page into two columns and change the two images to something else.

Crop the image of the marketplace to see the restaurant as little as possible.

Change marketplace image from Teeth Whitening to “Snore guard & Night guard”

The menu font to bold, the hover color to a darker blue and a tasteful text shadow.

Comment out the section of the 4 squares and hover effect.

Change background color of the office hours to a darker blue

“Welcome to Brea Dentistry” text to a bolder text

Remove “Book an Appointment” Text on lower part of homepage next to the button.

On the “Meet the Dentist” page remove the sidebar

On the other sidebars change the text to “Contact us to schedule your consultation”

Keep the colors exactly like the logo. Shorten the main images a bit. Make the menu font in all caps.

We plan on adding the animations to the site after development.

The four buttons should be Crowns, Bridges, Implants, and Book an Appointment

My name is Mitchell and I will be the designer working with you every step of the way, starting from concept to going live! I had a quick meeting with your account rep. this morning to discuss your account and review the notes you initially had.

Spoke to Mallory (see previous notes). Mallory wants us to host it but dr adamant to just host on their own. Understands the disadvantage. We will host site for them for 2 months at no cost and after it’ll be $99/m (month to month). sent Mallory updated proposal to fax or scan back.

Mallory called in. Super nice. needs a makeover. Went over package, process & competitive rate. Asked if we know PBHS. Asked about ADA endorsement, explained to her the political side of it which she understood and that does not necessarily mean they are good but yet still not comparable regardless. Had a great conversation. Asked about hosting on own. Explained to her that she can with ownership (additional $500). introduced 20 payments for this month but if intend on taking it, they will have to do 2 payments. Hosting is still up in the air cause she understands after i explained and understood they jsut want to make sure they can access and edit themselves. SHe has a meetin gwith the dr at 12 and will discuss. Showed her videos which she thought was a great feature. Showed her persnoalized sites and examples of effective designs. Very hot lead but it depends at this point on the drs. She seem like she would go with us if she was the decision maker. She said she won’t be back in th eoffice until next tuesday. sent email with proposal and print screen of video and rate-a-biz feature which she had a hard time seeing cause her computer is out-dated.
