Spoke with Jess – very nice – had a website 6 months ago – is currently down – had it for 6 months – doesn’t really care if custom or design from scratch – she wants to focus on the marketing – asked about social – will have an EMR system – introduced Gold first – says we are pretty expensive compared to others – mentioned 30 Day MBG & Match Beat 10% – wants SEO & focus on marketing – introduced and recommended silver – throwing in social media for her – she understands no contract – wants to see reference – had a really good conversation – lots of laughs – she will make a decision by Monday – wants me to touch base then – sent proposal

Went with another company - iMatrix - told her I am familiar with them - very very nice - they had an easier presentation for her to understand - said I was great and nothing was wrong with me - she just liked their 15-20 video on SEO and Packages as opposed to speaking over the phone - asked if there is anything I can do to create a counter proposal since she said she thinks she signed the contract with them - she said she didnt want to waste my time - told her how confident the quality of work we have is and etc that I wouldnt be wasting my time - she said she signed a 6 months contract - she will contact me in 6 months if things dont work out with them - she likes us too - will probably email her one last time informing her iMatrix and chiromatrix are the same company - no specialization and mainly chiro vs our experience in optometry 2015-07-15 | justin.n
