Parkash called for wife. has site build by a local guy as part of bartering. was inquiring more about marketing. Went over Adwords but highly suggested a makeover. We spoke for over 30 mins and was very much on same page and he understood a lot i’ve explained on what needs to be done and how we can help. He liked my sincerety and liked that I don’t guarantee anything which is what he expected to hear which he does not like. He is very realistic about results and understands the importance of marketing. He asked for a very competitive rate because he stated he can trust to have a long-term business with me. Wants to see proposal and also examples of our work so he can see how effective they are if he was a patient searching. Very hot lead.
