Looking for a web and mobile, he will provide the info. I explained to dr that we are focus in the healthcare industry so we are quite familiar. Designing it is not a problem but will need to know more on the functionality so I will look at those sites to get a better idea and quote from there.

These involve a lot of programming. I think our best bet is to say that we can do the design put up the content on Wordpress and he needs to higher a programmer to implement his other needs.
Also tell him this would be the case with any company, good graphic design companies don't offer such level of programming and good programming companies don't offer good design work, so it is very normal to have two companies on such projects.
Still we need to charge more for anything unforeseen that needs to be done to design. So I would price a per-page design fee for additional page designs he may need for his interface. For example, our Platinum package plus $500 per page for any additional graphic design per page.

It seems quite complicated as far as the functionality/framework so you let me know the minimum quote for this to make it worth hopping into. Seem to have login and database involved. Also quote to prepare for expansion cause he wants to go locally in his region then expand nationwide based on the questions I had asked him - http://www.themedicusfirm.com/ , http://www.jacksoncoker.com/
