Dr. Choate called - spoke with him briefly - asked how we can improve his site - explained to him I would visually make it look better - less text / scrolling - our slideshows does not have a loading sign - we will build it on the patients perspective - told him statistic if patients cant find what they are looking for in 1st 10-15 secs they will exit out of your website - he mentioned that statistics show they stay on his page for 25 mins average - he said theres text on his home page because of SEO purpose for Google - i told him i understand that but I am not saying it is a bad thing - I told him to refer to OPMT.com - they are on the first page and compare his home page to theirs - he asked if I am familiar with einstein and I mentioned danny is more familiar with them - he is the marketing consultant and CD - would be best person to speak with - he wants to speak with Danny - dr gave me his cell to call - will finish up a patient before they close in 20 - good lead

dr called again. very nice. had more questions about SEO and G+. Drs primary objective is SEO and G+. Stated that he likes talking to us. Just questioning why we charge more vs 1 of his competitor that is ranked higher in G+ and SEO than our own client even though ours are on 1st page. I explained that G+ is different from SEO which requires Reviews. It is consistent bc they have 33 reviews vs our s at 15. That company charges about $300/m vs our $1,500/m. He stated that they do only eye. I told him that SEO has nothing to do with a specialty but a process as a whole, dr agreed and said that makes sense. Asked how G+ works, told him that unlike other companies that charges for this, we recommend him doing it himself via internal marketing which is more effective, gave him some ideas on how to encourage them to go and leave reviews (raffle) which he liked the idea. Dr stated he will talk to me again cause he has another call. very nice and seems to want to make sure we know what we're doing if he ever was to pay that much more.
