Here at Mayfield Family Dentistry we feel everyone has the right to a beautiful smile. That’s why we are proud to offer a program called Lifetime Whitening. This offer is only extended to patients who are serious about their dental hygiene. If you choose to participate, we will make you a custom bleaching tray and provide you a tube of bleach for a small one-time fee of $149. At every six month preventative appointment after that, we will give you a touchup tube of bleach for your commitment to your oral health.

All that we ask of you as a patient is:

Keep up with your 6 month preventative visits
Patient must return within 6-7 months of previous preventative service
Keep up with your outstanding account balance
Provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
Completed work diagnosed by the dentist

Spoke with Dr. Taylor – very very nice – introduced adwords – he said he is currently managing it himself – asked how much he is paying on average – he said $35/m generally – explained the difference with us managing it vs him doing it himself – dr seems pretty set – says he is very very happy with the website so far

Maryann Thomas

I lived all but four years of my life in Graves County. The other four years I lived in California where I
started my dental career. I have worked in different fields of dentistry and with all ages of people. My favorite part has been helping patients to be proud of their smiles which improves their confidence and makes them happier. I love the outdoors and summertime activities including fishing, Cardinals baseball and working in my flowers.

I’m a Graves County native. I graduated from Graves County High School in 2002 and went on to Murray State University. My husband and I have been married for 5 years and just recently bought our first home. We enjoy spending time with friends and family, attending Murray State basketball games and going to concerts. I’m a native of Graves County and have worked in Dentistry in Mayfield for 34 years. I enjoy working
with children and believe it’s important for children to have a good first dental experience. I feel the
