When do you put the SEO on the website, the website cannot be found on google, we agreed before committing that your company is the best at SEO and I don’t see any on our website.

their contract will be terminated with YP on July 1st. Requested to get the domain transferred over.

Explained to them that it is at the top of our todo list but we can not 100% guarantee it’ll be transferred by then due to many potential scenarios that is beyond our control and depends on how cooperative YP is.

IMPORTANT: client has domain/web with YP. Site is going offline as of July 1st. We need to transfer domain asap. Client is nervous and does not understand the process. Jean will be sending over the “WP login”. did explain it may not be what we need.

Chris is extremely nice and went with us over another company cause he feels good/trust with our company for a long business relation.

Had ph conf with Chris and also Jean (dr’s mom?). Chris wanted to get Jean in to clarify with her, seems like she is the decision maker. Jean has had bad experience in the past and wants to make sure she owns the domain name. she is not sure but she has the wp access to her account. I explained and assured her we will do our best to transfer it away from YP cause she said they are taking it down July 1. She will send login over for me to take a look and see. most likely just editor login. Chris will be sending proposal over as a pdf to get started. he said he has some ideas already.

Dr called me back as promised to discuss the other companys proposal. Dr does understand what they offer that is probably not the same but dr stated he really like speaking to me and knows that we can have a long business relation which is what he wants instead of hopping around with uncertainty. Dr likes to have ownership not with the intent of leaving but for the what ifs. I trust what he had said. Sent dr updated proposal, dr stated he just wants me to speak her office manager before finalizing.

Dr called back, lm. I called and was able to speak. He is a graduate from fullerton moved back to michigan. will be joining practice with his parents. Currently has YP site and renewal coming up and he is not happy how aggressive they are and knows quality is low so he told his parents he’ll find someone that is more custom which is what he wants. Doesn’t know much about SEO but i explained to him which is clearer, was promised by other companys. Went over adwords which i’d recommend while site is optimized. Don’t think its too competitve for SEO. both cities are 20mins away so i advised to do 2 separate campaign. he understood why. Dr said he saw a lot of sites as researching an dhas an idea of what he likes/want. Assured him our design process what we can do. very hot lead. asked to send proposal so he can discuss with the office and should let me know by next week. HOT
