Can you please explain the services you offer and the costs associated with them…

We have done very little marketing mostly word of mouth… we did some recent work with HIBU for SEO however we were not happy with the unclear results of the money spent. We have recently been in contact with Progressive Dental Marketing and love what they have to offer but we wanted to keep all of our options open. Therefore, I am seeking other companies to compare services and decide what is best for our practice and our budget.

“Good morning Courtney,
Thank you very much for your email response…. now I have a better understanding of what you’re looking for.

Marketing in general is very dynamic and somewhat unpredictable unless you do a test run. Certain type of marketing works better depending on the demographic.

This day in age, being found on the 1st page is VERY IMPORTANT because many patients utilize online search for practically everything and that includes searching for a dentist.

When prospective patients are searching, they will google keywords like “tustin dentist”, “dentist in tustin”, “dental implants”, “cosmetic dentist”, etc. So when they are searching you have to make sure you are on the 1st page, they will not go to the 2nd page.

Now the way Google rank websites, it goes through their ALGORITHM that NO ONE knows. If any company that you speak to that tells you they are either Affiliated with Google or Partnered with Google or says they can GUARANTEE 1st page placement for SEO, that is a bunch of bs. It is just their selling tactic. There are indeed criteria and certain type of optimization technique that needs to be done but doing all this still does not guarantee 1st page placement organically for SEO. Many SEO companies, what they do is they will tell you “pay us a ‘$500/m, give us 3 months, we’ll get you on the 1st page”, if you are not on the 1st page in 3 months, they really don’t care if you cancel cause you’ve invested $1,500 into it and more importantly, you don’t even know if they even did anything. SEO does/may work depending on your location, how your website was built and on-going optimization that happens “naturally” hence why this area is called “organic” results.

What I always recommend to my clients if you want IMMEDIATE results within 1-2 business days, the only way that is guaranteed is to do PPC “pay-per-click” (Google Adwords). This is simply a campaign that we can setup for you directly through Google and what you’re doing is you’re telling Google that at any given time, if someone is searching for any of these keywords in my campaign either in Placentia, Tustin, or both cities along with the surrounding neighborhood, your Ad is displayed on the 1st page at the top under the designated “AD” area. The advantage of this program is you have full control over who sees your Ad and these people are prospective patients that are searching for a dentist hence why they type in these keywords.

The great thing about this program is that it is on a month to month basis, we do not require contracts because we only want the campaign to work for you to continue so if the ROI is there, then continue, if not, then pause it.

The campaign, how much it cost per month depends entirely on your location. If for example, your office is in LA, you’re easily looking at around $4,000-$5,000/m because there are a dental office at literally every block. For Tustin and Placentia, it will cost about $500/m per location/campaign. My rule of thumb for my clients is, if after 1 month, if you get at least 2-3 new patients a month from it, it should more than pay for itself. We expect you should get more.

Here is a client in Irvine, Ca that is an Endodontist that is appearing everywhere on the 1st page from PPC/Adwords, G+ Listing, and SEO (organic). Search for “irvine root canal”, “irvine endodontist”, etc. You will see www.IrvineEndodontics.com and www.IrvineEndodontist.com

Overall, we are not one of those typical marketing companies that is all about contracts and making money… we like to take the route where we can give our clients the best result to get the ROI to continue hence why there is no contract. We can do the SEO for you too but we like for our clients to know instead of waiting a few months to see if there is result if any and doing this, you are waiting months in which you are losing out on prospective patients that are searching going to your competitors.
