I’ve situated the site with a new hosting company, so just wanted to request that you to cancel my account with Optimized 360. Thank you for all your help the past 10 months, and I’m sorry it didn’t work out for us.

Also, please cancel my Google campaign and ensure I won’t be billed for the following month.

Received a phone call from Austin (GoDaddy) and he provided step by step instructions for transferring the email accounts set up on our end. Email accounts (info@ and drmimi@) have been deleted and the domain name westlakesmilestudio.com is no longer the primary domain.

Files and domain were sent to client. Website is down after domain account change. Notified doctor website is down and asked her if she needed help pointing domain to our servers until she gets files situated.

Reminded her that account is not cancelled until she mentions to do so.

Please unlock domain and send EPP code to doctor. Also, please zip up her website files for her as well. To move the site, she would need DB, htaccess and wp-content.

Marty Ged (drs lawyer) called to see if she can retain the website. Told him that I do not know the details of the contract, but Danny, original Account Mgr will have that. Did let him know that we have an ownership option for clients to purchase the legal rights to the design and content.

Will have Danny call and/or email Marty and doctor the details.

Dr. Theerathada said there has been no traction on her website and there has been no marketing results. She said its been a long time and nothing has been working. Other companies have sent her reports that her website isn’t found anywhere. Told her everyone has their own way of analyzing and reporting. If marketing is her concern, then we should treat it as a separate task. She will send the reports and we can analyze and offer solutions.

I wanted to make some changes to the website.

1. There is a box next to “Teeth Whitening” that currently reads “Plural”. When clicked on, it leads me to “Dental Implants” Please make this correction.
2. I feel that the office logo “Westlake Smile Studio” on the top left of the page is too small in comparison to the “Creating healthy and beautiful smiles” phrase. The logo should stand out more than that phrase, Can we somehow make the logo larger, or the phrase smaller? The focal point leads me straight to that phrase, rather than the name of the office.
3. For the line at the bottom left of the page saying “most insurances welcome”, please change that to “most PPO insurances accepted” as we will only be accepting PPO insurances.
4. When I click on the tabs at the top and bottom of the page reading “Our Team”, “Our Office”, etc, I am lead to a page that displays the old generic logo for Westlake Smile Studio. Please change all these logos to reflect the new logo that we designed.
5. Please make all these changes on the mobile site also.

I will send you over a short bio within the next couple of days to replace the existing blurb under “meet the team”.

I’ve attached the latest adjustments with the suggestions you had. I personally think the script logo is more custom even though it is script. To balance the legibility portion of it, I’ve changed “smile studio” to a block font on #3.

The second option does have a more symmetrical look, but the “W” is not as feminine. I’ve thinned out the “W’s” and used a more block font to see if that suits you better. Please let me know of your feedback.

I’ve adjusted the original #2 and replaced the “W” with a toothlike figure and also adjusted the font/boldness of #3 to see if you like one over the other. I personally think #2 is unique!
