had a long ph conf with Leila, she had called me with questions in regards to SEO and how it works. She had a better grasps of SEO and how we cant guarantee it for competitive keywords but she does have a good chance since it is not as competitive for Bakersfield. They have no online presence so it will need to build history which can take at least a few months to years. Talked on the ph for over 30 mins. We are still tentatively confirmed for an in-office meeting next Friday.

Hope you had a great weekend. I had another discussion with Dr. Anastasatos about building a website and possibly working with you. We are very particular with what we are looking for for the site and I wanted to discuss this with you. It appears that you have designed websites for different practices, but not as many plastic surgery sites. So we wanted to know if you can provide references that Dr. Anastasatos and I can contact.
Also, the biggest practice in Bakersfield and in a sense biggest competitor is Dr, Shah's practice www.beautologie.com We want a website as sophisticated and informative as this, but more elegant design. Pretty much all that work and more is what we are looking for. Please analyze this site and let us know if you are capable of producing a unique website as effective as this for our practice.
In one of our previous converastions, you have mentioned the price for building a custom-made website for $3,500 with split payments. How long does it take you to built a site? we are looking for a maximum of 2 months to have the site listed and running. We want to make sure that if we sign an agreement and after a month if you provide us with a work that we are happy with then we have no problem of paying a full amount, but paying half upfront without any work is something that we need to be convinced that will work.

I have discussed this project with Dr. Anastasatos and we had several questions. One of our concerns was that on your website the designs and work you have done for others primarily shows websites for dentists. Have you done website designs for plastic surgeons, since it is a different type of practice and requires slightly different approach. As far as the writing, you have professional medical writers available to write information on procedures and such, since google doesn't allow reusing our current website's info as a duplicate site. Please let me know the details.
And if you have not done plastic surgery websites yet, what can you guarantee so we can give this a try and work together?
