Justin, The proposal is acceptable. However, I would like to postpone the creation of Get Well Urgent Care's HTML website until the November-December 2015 time frame. I would like to continue building a flash website while I get the clinic up and running (www.getwellga.org). I would like to take this approach because for the first few months of clinic operations, many aspects of the clinic could change on a weekly basis. I would like to have the flexibility of changing the website at a moment's notice to reflect any real-world change in the clinic operations. I still want a professional html site made that looks very similar to our final flash site. We will be using Optimized360 for our html site.
