Wanted to find out the extent of services you guys offer. I was talking with a local distributor of mine about Stem Cell Therapy—He suggested a much larger scale media blitz to include a separate website specific to my Stem Cell Practice, along with blogging, facebook, instagram, twitter presence and upkeep etc.. I simply don’t have the time to blog, post photos and/or info on Facebook/instagram etc…

Is this something you guys do —or have done—-or do you know of someone who does
If you guys do stuff like this, do you have an example of a business or two that I can look at

He is referring to a “satellite site”.
What that really means is that you are creating a page with dedicated content geared towards Stem Cell Therapy.

It’s Dr Greenbaum with OC Orthopaedics and Sports Medical Group. (www.ocsportsmed.com). I think it’s time to schedule a face-to-face meeting with you or phone conference if necessary. I’m extremely unhappy with where I sit on internet searches compared with my competitors. It’s pretty dismal to see that when I type into the search engine Irvine Orthopaedic Surgeon I show up on the mid 2nd page BUT ONLY because of healthgrades.com. I have competitors who work in offices 10 miles away (FAR away from Irvine) who get more acknowledgement than me. I’ve noticed that their vendor is used by many of my competitors and they all have a higher status than me.
Please let me know how you would prefer to proceed.

I was just noticing that we don not have a YELP badge at the bottom of the page of our website and we do find a lot of patients are finding us from Yelp. Can you add them to that?

And all our PPNs are welcome to use any of the content / language from our website (no need to reinvent the wheel), and they can plug in our MedRebels Patient Testimonial videos, which they can pull from YouTube (his web designer would know how to embed the video onto his website).

I would also suggest in the “Patient Education” section they just have “Adult Stem Cell Therapy” instead of “Stem Cell Injection” and “Stem Cell Therapy”.

One site I did mildly assist with content is Dr. Gallivan. (http://gallivanmd.com/)
You can see he identifies “Adult stem cell therapy” as a tab under “New Technology” and a description of everything, which I pulled the content mostly from our MR content. He wanted to exclusively showcase that he uses the best technology for this therapy, so I gave him a Chris-Naivar-approved photo, so if Greenbaum wants something similar, he and/or his web designer would need to contact me directly.

You also might want to let his web designer know that the mobile version of the website has some wonky things going on.

My name is Lauren Carter and I am the clinical business specialist for the stem cell company that works with Dr. Greenbaum. He gave me your email contact to talk to you about SEO, etc. We met with him the other night and he is wanting to ramp up his website a bit to have more presence in the stem cell and regenerative medicine world. If you wouldn’t mind taking a look at some suggestions we had and letting me know the cost before implementing them, as Greenbaum would need to approve that before moving forward. Our in house marketing team had the following suggestions below about the current website:

As far as overall optimization:
Not responsive to screen size. Google now penalizes for this. We suggest moving to a responsive theme or plug-in.
No menuing. Lots of subpages and content but no way for user to easily nav from top menu.
Select a keyword per page for which to optimize and make sure it is in the page title, header, content, meta description, etc.
Consider creating more content related to terms patients search for, longer-tail SEO like stem cell injections orange county, treatment for hip pain, knee surgery alternatives, regenerative medicine, etc.
Add more imagery to pages of site and add page keyword to image description
Add video to site

Regarding stem cell content:
Add stem cell treatment as main section in top menu as well as a paragraph and link to the stem cell section on every applicable procedure where stem cells are an option.

It was an absolute pleasure speaking with you earlier.

As we had recently accessed your account with us, I’ve gone ahead and have authorized for my team to design & set up your Google Business Page for your practice and link it to your website.

This will help you show up in 1 of 3 potential positions on the first page — the map listing.
(3 Potential Positions on the 1st page are: Ad Section, Map Section, & Organic — in which I had explained to you).

You had recently done Adwords with us in the past for 1 month.
I had addressed that generally, you would need to do it for at least 2 months in a row to see a marketing pattern. Also, I had highly recommend to invest $1,000/m vs $300.

The difference? $300 = $10/day of Marketing. Keywords on average generally would cost $6 for certain keywords. This is not a sufficient amount for you to see great results.

My recommendation at this point would be to do 20 hours of going SEO on a monthly basis for your site — $500/m ($25/hr).

This is more of a long term process in which we will work on getting your desired keyword to the first page of Google.

On a monthly basis, my marketing manager will send you a reporting to show you how you are progressing on the 1st page of Google.

For example:
March: 2nd page, 3rd listing on the top for Irvine Orthopedic Surgeon
April: 1st page, 10th listing from the bottom for Irvine Orthopedic Surgeon
You will actually be able to type in the keywords and actually see the progress!
