called lm for Dr. Petit. WHere we had left off, Dr. Petit was to speak to her husband to simply keep her old site and do the marketing with us only. Dr didn’t like the design that her staff agreed to with our designer. Dr originally felt she didn’t have a need for a new site (a bit of history). Dr really liked me and wants to continue business relations but with Marketing not the website and wanted to see if she can get a refund, i told her we can’t cause of the work that was done already. Had offered to the dr at the time to redo the design but working directly with her to her satisfaction not others. I had poitned out to her as well that the new design is a lot better than hers cause it has all the important modern marketing concept that will increase conversion rate better than her current one. OVerall, sent dr a f/u email.

Monique had called stating that dr wants to simply cancel because she gave the site a try and still doesn’t feel she needs a new site cause she is happy with her current site. Just a bit of history: this site, she was told my her daughter and other staff that she should update her site at the time and was pushed by her daughter to do so which is the person I’ve talked to from the beginning. Now she has gone off to school and was not involved after the order was placed.

Told Monique that we will stop the charges but monique had asked for a refund which I had explained that the work has been done and there is not reimbursement. I told her if i can speak to the doctor but stated she won’t be in until next week so i told her i’ll email the dr to have her call me to discuss.

Add the staff images from the home page to the staff page. For the Laguna Niguel staff page remove Bonnie & Susan and Add Angelica, Oscar, and Monique. For Upland, add Oscar and Monique D.

On the front page, replace staff images with new ones and change their names on hover.

I am waiting for Missy to send me over the new staff images so we can finally make the site go live. I sent a follow-up email as well. The staff images are on the home page so it becomes an important aspect that needs to be taken care of before going live.

Spoke to Dr. Petit (very nice), wasn’t sure where we are at with the site. Went online and saw old site. told he we are waiting for their approval to go live. Seems like her daughter went back to college and is not aware where things are. I explained to her that so she understood. Site is with Dentrix, explained how it works cause she is paying them for a bundle service, told her it is separate and they can’t host our site, she understood. Discussed Adwords, had talked before, dr wants to start on the Adwords for Laguna Niguel location first. Will start once site goes live.

Monique had called with questions about an Apple Watch offer they had received via email. Reviewed their account and they have a signed contracted faxed for a May offer with 2015 monthly waived. They signed the contract on July during the Apple Watch promo blast. Told her we can’t combine offers. fwd the email to her with the contract to review.

Can you please show the staff name over the image when the image is hovered on the home page. For now list the staff as “Staff Member #1, Staff Member #2, etc.”

1. Lower the logo and center it above “A healthy smile is a beautiful smile.”

Hello, here is the current revisions. I will go ahead and make the entire site go from one side to the other. Also, when the site is developed I will add a hover effect to show the names just like in http://www.ipsocreative.com/ and I will add to the office pages that the office caters to Spanish speakers.

dr called and lm on my direct line. There was some confusion who her staff spoke to, thought it was me but stated to her it was Justin. She didn’t feel there is a need for a new website but her staff was and is impressed speaking to justin. Gave her an overview of what we do and how we are beneficial on helping her making the site more effective which I had pointed out to her. She liked a lot of my recommendations/ideas and what we can bring to the table for her. went over SEO and Adwords as well. recommended to do adwords. wanted to see if we can just do her exclusively for marketing. told her we can possibly work something out. she had to go see a patient and like to call me back. great convo.
