Dr called me back while driving. Went over a lot about us and how we differ. opening new practice. question about SEO. gave her an overview of it which she understands now. Recommend that she do at least $500/m for adwords instead. She doesn’t have a logo, recommend doing the logo first which is what we do as well. Dr asked to send info so she can review. Dr called me. had questions on the design process. saw some designs she liked and wants to make sure if possible to have maybe that designer who created to do it. I assured her by allowing our Creative Director work on it. She thought it would be me too bc she wants someone like me who understands her. Reminded her of the cost and the 20 payment vs 2 payments. She asked for discount so i told her we can do 10% off initial if it was 2 payments. She will either order 20 payment or 2 payment (10% off) and also either with or without logo. Also discussed SEO, she understands which is good that exposure is important. Went over and reminder her of $ quote of $500/m for encino and the benefit of Adword vs SEO. Dr completely understands. Lastly, she asked if she is able to see the questionnaire that i had told her about upon explaining the streamline process which is what she wants assurance. sent email with link to questionnaire and also an image of the design process diagram
