Cancer Specialists Florida Surgical Specialists was established in 2015 in Bradenton, FL. The President/CEO Paul Toomey, MD created this practice with plans to bring innovative, cutting-edge surgical solutions to southwest Florida. Our surgeons specialize in minimally invasive surgery for general surgery needs, digestive disorders and cancer care. Florida Surgical Specialists wishes to make faster recoveries, less pain, less scarring a surgical reality in 2017 for the Bradenton/Sarasota region. Florida Surgical Specialists conveniently serve Manatee Memorial Hospital, Blake Medical Center and Gulf Coast Surgery Center.
Specialty and Procedures

For the convenience of our patients, Dr. Toomey serves as a staff surgeon at two area hospitals – Manatee Memorial Hospital and Blake Medical Center. Dr. Toomey is also on staff at two local Ambulatory Surgical Centers; Gulf Coast Surgery Center and Manatee Surgical Center. He is fellowship-trained in minimally invasive surgery and specializes in no-scar surgery for digestive diseases like GERD and gallbladder disease. He also routinely performs general and laparoscopic biliary, hernia, skin, breast and soft tissue operations.

When we added Dr. Phillips to our practice we made several changes to the text throughout the website to accommodate the fact that we had multiple surgeons. If you would please revert the text back to the original version before we added Dr. Phillips.

Please read through all text and make sure wording sounds ok. Dr. Phillips’ name has been removed from all pages but please make sure sentences make sense.

2. Dr. Phillips is no longer associated with Florida Surgical Specialists – remove all photos and text referencing this doctor throughout the site.

Take videos from surgeons page, add to videos page. Convert videos page to regular page. Send Scot directions how to add videos to videos page.

Replace all 3 social icons with versions with their original colors.

Please add the Youtube Icon at the top of our website on the both the desktop and mobile version please.

In addition, I need you to add a Video tab just to the right of the tab that says our staff.
Here we will list in a double column our video library. When a person clicks on a specific video it will open in a new screen with the text transcribed below the running video.

Please let me know when these items are complete as we have videos to put on that page upon completion. I am also wondering on the process for us to get the videos uploaded, can I get limited access granted to my consultant or do we just send them to you to post on the page?? If you would please let me know the process I would appreciate it.

(5) Remove the “B” Blogger icon showing at the top of our website until we have Blogger up and running. Google currently looks at this as a dead link which we don’t want.

The icons are still left to right and should be stacked up/down for the mobile version. Also, the headings “contact us”, “services” and “meet our team” are reappearing. Please first make it so that “services” link goes to our services page (it goes to some random page with adult physicals, etc which I do not have any part of doing these services). Also, meet our team goes to the surgeon page. Please add “Meet our Surgeon” and link this to the surgeon page and change the link to the “meet our team” to our staff page.

Could you add to “Breast Disease” to say “Breast Disease and Skin Cancers” on both home page and inner page.

Also, the side bars on the inner pages still say only “Gallbladder” instead of “Gallbladder and Liver Disease” like the first page was changed to, so when this is changes, the Breast Disease and Skin Cancers should be changed for the sidebar as well.

Also, the contact page says Florida Surgical Specialist instead of Specialists (with a “s” at the end)

The mobile version needs revising. The home page has links that don’t even pertain to my practice. The drop-down menu has the appropriate links. The homepage needs the updated header photo and the icons for the different operations as the web version does. For the staff page, it does not need to say Scot again after Scot Cranston is already listed. Naomi’s picture is sideways.

Dr called me back. Extremely nice. shopping around. had logo and site built via 99 designs. He s not happy with it and knows its a template. Had questions about SEO and Marketing. Explained to him ho w SEO works and Adword works. He has a better understanding now. Explained to him how marketing works and website complements it so i advised to him that i recommend makeover 1st then marketing in about July or else his marketing budget will go to waste. He said he has a proposal from another company similar to my proposal for $2,000 but higher monthly fee. he feels more comfortable with us cause we ve seem to be around longer. he will send over the proposal for me to review cause he prefers going with us.
