Spoke to Dr. Harris, he was a bit concern cause he hasn’t had new patients. Was considering increasing his budget. He wanted to target 15 miles which i advised him against doing. Was talking to a few other companies who wants to do 15 miles along with SEO which i advised him against and to be cautious and the reason why.

He wants to target RSM which is about 7 miles away. Told him we can cover 7-8 miles around his practice and that I will get a quote for him.

Also suggest getting landing pages setup for his AD with promos and reviews. Dr agreed.

Spoke to dr. – Dr wants to get the Adword campaign started at $299/m per my original conversation. That is his budget that he wants to work with. He hopes to see changes with the new site and marketing. Waiting to get site to go live. Will want to speak to mitchell on getting an Editor Tuturial and instructions to get site to go live.

He referenced this site: http://vitadental.com/ in term of design and layout. Essentially, we need to do a modernized version of that site.

Client is very busy, I asked if he would like a phone call when I come up with website ideas and he said no, he would just reply to the email. I am sending a follow up email. I will try to get ahold of him early next week.

Dr called me back. extremely nice. doesn’t know much about SEO. currently doing adwords on his own. Went over how SEO works and Adwords. gave example of irvine endodontist. Explained to him how SEO works and recommended to him that his site definitely needs a makeover if he wants to maximize on the conversion for this marketing campaign. pointed out to him all the issues. offered to manage the 1st 2 months adwords for him if he does a makeover (originally didn’t need a makeover until i pointed out the pros). Dr completely understand and sees the value of my consulatation cause it made sense. Sent dr proposal to review along with examples. told dr the payment schedule and dr had a sign of relief stating that that actually would help alot.
