Client would like to cancel the website with us because he feels that a company in California can not market his practice in CT successfully. Assured him that we have clients all over the US and Canada and we are able to do so.

Also addressed to him that he and I never discussed any marketing plans and that he only has a website with us. We can continue to maintain his website on our server and take care of the site while the other company does his marketing.

Dr. called in afternoon during meeting, returned his call today LM w front desk and emailed him.

Dr was confused as to why when searching his name, his website does not show up. He has mentioned Danny said his website will show up when searching his name. Explained to doctor that this will happen throughout time but its definitely not immediate and it can take months or years for his website to show up first. The only way to show up on top immediately is through paid ads. Explained SEO, seniority, popularity, other factors of why other websites show before his.

Told him that I will speak with Danny to make sure we’re on the same page. Assured him that we are and hopefully this clarified some things for him.

By approval, we cannot make major changes to the layout such as moving the menu bars or associations elsewhere. We can definitely update the items within the area however. Additionally, we cannot adjust the major colors of the design. For example, if you’d like to change the blue colors to green, we will not be able to do so without incurring additional charges.

Please create a biography page for client. He is a serious podiatrist that wants to focus on credentials, and NON invasive procedures. He really believes in treatments that do not involve surgery through the latest technologies including Neurogenx.

He’s studied in podiatry in South Africa with extended training and fellowships there. His areas of expertise includes pediatrics, surgery and diabetic neuropathy. Because he has a conservative approach, please do no emphasize on surgical procedures.

He also extended his training at New York’s College of Podiatry where he was also part of fellowships and associations. He is currently a Board Certified Foot Surgeon, part of the APMA, Connecticut Podiatry Assocation, a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

I’ve created a design based off the Chiropractic one that you liked. I kept the masculine tone of the site and also featured Neurogenx as you mentioned previously. I have filled the text areas with temporary content until I have more information about you and the practice to replace it.

Podiatry is a place where patients go to relieve pain, therefore I thought they should come to an experienced doctor that is accredited. I’ve included an associations bar with different podiatry associations that we can place on there but are not limited to. If you kindly let me know which associations, boards or groups you belong to, I will gladly replace what is currently there.

Doctor is looking for something completely different from the draft that we sent. Explained that we need visuals from him as he wants “everything” on the site. He liked heritagechirohealth.com and it was exactly what he wants.

Instead of the man, he wants a foot. We agreed on the animation to look like the foot is throbbing using metaslider. Wants bio in front like heritage.

Wants to focus on conservative therapy and avoiding technology by new technology he has.

Neurogenx – a new product he has that relieves chronic nerve ankle pain and posture/balance. This technology does not rely on medicine that patients use so often.

Doctor requested to Justin to switch designer because he felt that there were communication gaps. Specifically when he had sent over website material and but did not get a response until 2 days after.
