Sam called. spoke to him about the stats. He was happy with the overall numbers and was impressed because he had done adwords before and knows what to compare it to. Was wondering how we did it. gave him an overview of how and reminded him of what i had told him before which is how we are able to get him at least 50% the # of clicks than he would do himself. At the end of the day, it all translate to patients which is what has to do with his website. Our marketing part did its job. Had previously advised him to redo his site to maximize conversion. Also advised for him to get data to analyze the traffic on his site (page visits, avg time spent, etc.). he had asked about yelp and linkedin. gave him advice on it and its purpose.

Sam called again this morning. He was at it again going on about how we don't have an automated reporting structure setup directly through Google Adword or at least give him full access to the account. why we can't put promo graphics on his site, why GA wasn't provided to him, basically questions that should be directed to Prosites. This was explained to him a few times prior to today already. I just sat there and listen. At the end of it, I basically told him without explanation that I would want to give him a full refund although its been active for a few days now at our cost. he asked what my position was here and i told him i was the company's director. been going back/forth with Sam (husband) the past 2 days since campaign started. Been advising/consulting him on numerous questions regarding how to make campaign more effective hence the promos above. Wants to track the effectiveness of campaign so offered to provide data upon request. Also advised GA which he's been back/forth with prosites which I've also helped figuring out. Client wants me to access his GA and teach him. He then requires that i remote access his computer to show him and also questioned why we don't do this when i told him this is Prosites responsibility. He also questioned why we don't setup our Google Adword so it does direct reporting for all our clients. told him we don't control Google's interface, etc. he was practically telling us how to do things. I indirectly advised to him that this will not work and recommended that he goes back to what he was doing in the 1st place by managing it himself.

I explained to him how Marketing works and Conversion from the site is. knows his site is template. explained to him how we would manage his campaign and gave him a lot of pointers about my knowledge in PPC which gave him confidence. He is a bit cocky and condoscending when speaking to and may be a headache in future if no results which i explained to him his future expectation. Reiterated how we can ensure the clicks which is more than what he would be doing himself. He asked how to pause his adgroup which i verbally showed him while on the phone. he stated he will pause it when we have the campaign setup.
