    Hello Dr. Perkins, I've called several times and messaged you as well but still no avail. We can definitely host your site at $49 dollars moving forward. Initially, we did not have access to your site or domain, hence the reason why we have emailed, left messages and even mailed a physical letter to you. When you canceled your account with us, we discontinued any services on our end. Regardless, your domain had incorrect settings that were not pointing to our servers. It was not us that shut down the site, but that your domain had incorrect information. We had scrambled to find a backup of your site just to get something up to ensure our good relationship continued. As soon as you provided the domain login, we fixed everything regardless of accounting, as you saw. Moving forward, I don't think it's necessary for any payment other than hosting. In the midst of the negative review you have left, I, personally am at risk of being fired from my position. I wanted to ask if you can possibly remove it as everything that has transpired was a misunderstanding.

    Dr. Perkins called – wanted invoice stating fees we are charging him. He never received invoice from beginning. Was upset his site was shut down without someone notifying him. Told him we have been trying to contact him numerous times over the years and we can send him list of dates and methods of contacting.

    Dr called in. had a 1 hour long phone conferece.
    – currently with TNT for over 15 years. Not happy with TIM cause they haven’t done much for him with all their promises.
    – Issue 1: not on 1st page for G+ when there are only 3 other dentist in Malibu
    – Issue 2: communication is poor and he feels they are limited on what they can do
    – Issue 3: PPC – he wants to actively start PPC for his current site focusing only on Malibu for now
    – Issue 4: PPC – for his MalibuTMJ.com site
    – Issue 5: Transfer MalibuTMJ.com site over for hosting only. currently wordpress already and only active for a few days. TNT didn’t build this.

    Solution to all this, is to do it in 2 phase.
    Phase 1: start PPC for both sites
    Phase 2: Web Makeover of bobperkindds.com with a Mobile-Friendly version (dr wasn’t aware how important it was)
    – will also implement his social media from his current site to the new one and reorganize it so it is not as clutterly. Social will be reduced along with others.
    Transfer TMJ site over to us to host/maintain.
    Phase 3: start SEO anytime during the other 2 phases.

    Dr states he loved talkign to me because i have a lot of good ideas moving fwd. Also liked how we are on 1st page organically when he searched which means we know what we’re doing. I showed her Dr. mansouri’s site how she dominates.

    Dr stated he is in a lot of dental forums and knows a lot of people and want a fresh start with a new company long-term. if things goes well, he is well connected to refer us. Sent dr proposals. VERY HOT LEAD
