Spoke to dr. Office very slow and she is on the verge of either continue with the practice or selling it. Very nice.

Recently hired a consultant who had recommended SEO cause she is not found online when the consultant tried searching. Told her to talk to us to see what we can do.

Went over with her all 3 sections of google search. Dr stated she is top 3 in the map listing with 11 reviews which is good. Told her my suggestion is to test out the PPC Ad which is above the map listing and more prominent. The organic SEO is below the map. Told dr if she has a budget that is limited to go with the PPC vs the SEO. Gave her the advantage of PPC vs SEO which dr now understands.

Dr will look it over and get back to me. super nice. She has my direct line.

Our office welcomes many types of insurance, and our insurance and payment coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what type of benefits are available to you through your insurance plan. Payment arrangements for account balances are due at the time services are rendered, so please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit. I need to add the office hours on the very first web page, so that it is easily seen and accessible to anyone visiting the website. The hours are currently posted on another page, which I would like to keep there as well.

On the home page replace the “Make an Appointment Button”. Client thinks the calendar looks outdated.

Dr’s huband called in. Very nice. has an existing site that the doctor did. Googled us and found us. Shopping around and been getting quotes for $1,500. They are on a limited budget. Went over what we do and also stated the general cost anywhere and what he would get to be aware. Showed him some of our Optometry clients which showed our credibility and what it comes with. Offered him the Silver package with small changes. He will have Paypal setup which he understands it will just be linked. I was transferred over to speak to his wife to go over other technical questions. Dr requested to have form sent to her to review and fax back to start. very nice and hot lead.
