Pam called in. Looking to possibly do a makeover, been shopping around. Wants to show up on 1st page. Had site for 6 months with officite. knows a bit of SEO based on talking to other companies. Gave her a crash course on SEO so she gets a better logical sense to filter out what she was told. Pointed out that her G+ page is incorrect when i searched for the dr. which shows the listing. but it was “www.www.richardmarkdds.org”. told her how this is part of the reason why and it needs to be corrected. she had asked about social media and blogs how we can help. explained to her that we don’t post but we are more focused on conulting on what can be done naturally to improve it. shouldn’t hire 3rd party companies which i pointed out why. it was a great conv. spent 45mins on the phone. sent email with a proposal attahced (no login)
