Dr was transferred to me after speaking to Belinda. Dr was impatient with the process and wanted to have things done immediately. Told her we have a process like any company and that we will do our best to make the revisions for her. She stated she felt that when she was on phone with Jan, Jan was rushing her to get off the phone. I told her that he request that you submit a ticket or email the revisions so we have it in writing so he can work off of but she felt email would take 8 hours which I pointed out to her it takes only a few minutes.

She just didn’t like how the fonts are huge and not easy to the eyes. Told her the revisions will take a few days if longer but will do our best, repeated this a few times to her.

At this pont, she is ok and understands to a certain extent that she needs to be patient and that Jan has other projects in queue. Will have Jan work on what she emailed him first. Then the rest submit a ticket and do it in the next phase. Reiterated again that it is impossible for any company to make the amount of revisions immeidately.

She requested to speak with you to get your input regarding how everything looks. She called earlier today to get a status update and wants to get this up and running as soon as possible. I have quoted her Monday/Tuesday at the latest.

Quoted her $500 if she wants to host on her own. She’s not familiar with how it works cause her brother who is her partner, he may want to host on his own but doesn’t know what is involved.

Belinda, can you get her site to go live. Dr will want to speak to you to make changes cause she is focusing on Urgent Care now instead of Functional Medicine. She has an urgency to get it to go live in a few days. Then she wants to discuss with you on changes which i need to quote her after you talk to her.

I’ve emailed and cc’d you in the email so you can coordinate. I told her you’re busy today so schedule a call tomorrow to go over the changes.

COLORS: use greens, whites and a contrasting color, probably brown. Use all cooling colors. Really would like to emphasize on spa, relaxation, naturalness.

LAYOUT: open, symmetrical, organized, very little text, drop down navigations. Suggested NO sidebars to her.

CONTENT: She will send pages she’s already written up, asked that we add the catch phrases. Told her to send content and I will combine with what we have before getting into catch phrases.

Shes very picky on minute details. Told her that we will send other sites we have that will match what she’s looking for.

Called in, started building her own website thru wix but didn’t look professional and she was limited on her knowledge on the scripts. decided to just hire someone to do it instead. has all content already. Shopping around and was going on about how expensive it was with others and even what I had quoted her. Explained to her how our quality and knowledge in the specialty on making the site effective is competitive. Stated how she didn’t mind just having a template. Proposed to her to go with Silver than instead of Gold to cut cost. wants a mobile too.
