This is my response to her email asking how her Marketing is doing.
“Dr. Archer,
Hope your week is going great.
With regards to your marketing campaign, we have been actively monitoring your campaign almost daily doing our best stay within $2,000/m budget since it started.
We will soon have to reduce the coverage and/or some keywords if we are to stay within the $2,000/m budget because there is simply too many prospective searchers than we anticipated.
If you’d like to continue, we definitely will continue to do our best but as of now, we will most likely have to make adjustments soon to the campaign.
Below is the stat just the past 30 days:
approximately 102,000 “impressions”
clicks: 941 “clicks”
As you can see, even if we average about $2-3/click for each keywords, it is close or even exceed $2,000 and this is with our technique to reduce the cost down. On average many of your competitors are paying at least double for the same keyword and this is not even anywhere to top 3 average positioning.
Overall, with the new site, my recommendation is to increase this as it will maximize the conversion rate. The marketing itself is doing its job and now with a more effective redesigned site, you’ll should see a higher conversion rate.
I am confident that we can continue and even better your 1st page dominance overpowering your competitors.
Thank you and let me know your feedback.”
